「We stayed at the hotel for three nights from  and booked a total of seven rooms.   But what happened was a big surprise. On the first day of check-in, when I arrived at the hotel, no bellboy came to carry the luggage, and the doorman did not take the initiative to open the door. When we asked for a king room to be replaced with a double room, the front desk ignored us. When we ask what facilities the hotel has? The front desk replies back to the room to check for yourself....

「Lovely room, magnificent view!!! Great pool area, nice lounge, but the breakfast (supposed to be one of the best!) was underwhelming. Service was sub-par, buffet items not always fresh, struggled to get coffee etc. Especially disappointing in the context of a luxury property.」

「Joyce Chung from Taiwan: it is cosy & convenient hotel with good & fresh breakfast(Mainly vegetarian food) evening offering free sadwiches & fruits. Hotel nears the sea side of Tel Aviv, it is a good location & good service cordial and very clean but the room insulation of sound is poor. However, it's my 2nd times stayed here that I chose this as my business travel accommodation.」

「很不错酒店，非常棒！！！」
