Abend Hört man alles von der Rezeption bis hinzu andere Gäste. Zimmer Duschköpfe alle defekt, neues Zimmer bekommen und dort spritzten sie von der Seite Wasser also undicht. Decke verwanzt, Bett hatte eine Wölbung in der Mitte, wurde auseinander genommen.

Eşyalar ve oda gene itibariyle eski olsa da konfor anlamında bir eksiklik yaşamadık.Ama bazı şeyler hasarlı ve onarılmaya muhtaçtı.İlgi ve alaka anlamında bir sorun yaşamadık.Yalnız biz odada değilken bize sorulmadan odaya girip temizlenmesi bizi bir miktar rahatsız etti.Bunun dışında aldığı parayı hak eden bir otel oldugunu söyleyebilirim.

Oda da karınca vardı, sebebi günlerdir temizlenmesine inandığım balkonda bulunan ekmek parçası sanırım. 4 gecelik konaklamamız da 1 kere oda temizliği rica ettim ve bu kadar alelade bir temizliğe tanık olmadım. Bardaklar yıkanmamış kirli halde lavaboya konulmuştu. Çarşaflar değiştirilmiş ama yatak o kadar özensiz yapılmıştı ki acaba çarşaflar yeni mı diye bakmamiz, kontrol etmemiz gerekti. Jakuzinin temizliğinde kullanılan sünger odada bırakılmıştı. Bu otelin bı yöneticisi olduğunu sanmıyorum, anladığım kadarıyla zincir otellerin az sayıda odalı bı üyesi olduğundan tamamen ön büro elemanlarinin inisiyatifine bırakılmış. 2. gecemizde merkezi klimayı acmadiklarindan gece 2 de uyarana kadar klimasız kaldık. Her gün kapıyı acmayan kartın guncellenmesi için resepsiyona dönmemiz gerekti. Resepsiyonda ki arkadaslarin bı kısmı gayet ilgili, guleryuzlu olmasına karşın diğer kısmı suratsız ve ilgisizdi. Metroya yakın diye burayı tercih etmiştik lakin biraz daha yukarı da City Loft 161 var ve orayla arasında bariz kalite farkı vardı.

İçerisi çok güzel dizayn edilmiş. Her şey çok hoş sadece ilk geldiğimizde bakımdan ötürü bir şifonyerimiz eksikti tabii gerekliyse hemen verebileceklerini söylediler. Onun dışında balkondaki masa ve sandalye temizliği yapılmamıştı o biraz üzdü. Diş fırçası ve macunu vermemişlerdi biz istediğimizde verdiler sağ olsunlar. Televizyonu kullanmakta güçlük çektik, ekran bağlantısı pek iyi değil apple cihazınızı bağlayamıyorsunuz görüntü olarak zaten ama ses olarak kullanabilirsiniz gayet iyi. Sıcak su küvetide gayet eksiksiz çalışıyor ve temiz bulduk

Beklentimizi karşılamadı

1,5 sene önce burada kalmıştık hem metroya yakın hem de temiz ve güzeldi. İkinci kez bu nedenle tercih ettik. Bu sefer geldiğimizde odada sigara içilmişti ve yatağın üzerinde sigara külü vardı. Ayrıca oda temiz değildi. Sanki genel olarak otel temiz değil gibi. Bir daha burada kalmayı düşünmüyoruz.

İlk başta gittiğimde verilen oda rezervasyon yaptığım odaya benzemiyordu ve kapısı arızalıydı. Lobiye durumu anlattığımda başka odaya geçiş yaptım. Geçtiğim odada ise klozet kapağı arızalıydı. Lavabo musluğu yerinden çıkıyordu. Odadaki koltukların temizliği iyi değildi. Onun haricinde memnunum.

Otele ilk geldiğimiz gün bize verilen odanın kapısı açıktı ayrıca verilen odanın rezervasyon yaptığımız oda ile alakası yoktu 40m² olması gerekiyordu ama daha küçüktü,çarşaflar rezalet kirliydi rengi sararmıştı eşyalar kırık döküktü, bir iki saat sonra tuvaletin sifonu takılı kaldı bununla hemen ilgilendiler ve tamir için birini gönderdiler ve 2 saatimiz ne yazık ki çöp oldu, televizyon da çalışmıyordu ve en sonunda odamız değiştirildi yine de teşekkürler 2.oda daha iyidi en azından daha temiz ve büyüktü rezervasyondaki oda gibiydi ancak ağır bir sıgara kokusu vardı... Bunları bilerek gidin bence otele biraz daha özen göstermeliler

Son iki gelişimizde çarşaflar hep yırtık oluyor. İlk kez bu gelişimizde süpürge sesiyle uyandık. Ayrıca gecenin ikisinde koridorda gürültü eksik olmadı hiç.

Her şeyiyle gayet iyiydi. Alışveriş merkezine ve metroya yakın olması en büyük avantajlarından biri. Sakin sessiz bir çevresi olmasına rağmen her şeye bu kadar kolay ulaşabileceğimiz bir yer var mıdır İstanbul’da başka bilmiyorum. Her şey çok güzeldi
