The check in and check out easy, Staff very kind and kind, The price was good, we left the hotel to continue our vacation in turkiye and we have reserved room in this hotel for two days before our return to Canada as our check out time and the nice management offered us a discount also. Perfect location if you are in a transit and need to be close to the airport buses and also in the center of the city. Walking distance to shops and restaurants in Taksim. A Better property than the cheap $20 locations further down.

The place is due for renovation. Lift lobby is sensor lighting which will turn off within couple of second if no moving, and the lobby became black out. External noise from the night life nearby might disrupt the sleep. Breakfast is average. Convenient location to Taksim Square and direct bus (in front of Point Hotel) to Istanbul airport.

Staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Hotel was walking distance from metro, bust station, Taksim Square and Istiqlal street. What I did not like was the elevator, it was too small and sometimes we had to wait a long time to get on it. But overall it was an enjoyable stay, and I would consider it for my next trip to Istanbul.

This hotel’s rooms were clean, but the staff were extremely rude. The housekeepers started making loud noises in the hallway around 7:00 in the morning! The cleanliness of the place where breakfast was served was terrible.
