酒店早上前台女生，很熱心的解答我們的詢問，非常感謝。 酒店地點非常好，距離去SAW機場巴士站非常近，去各地點也很方便。 唯一不足，酒店熱水水壓不足，水溫不夠熱。

Das einzig positive ist die zentrale Lage zum Taksimplatz - nur wenige Gehminuten - von wo sämtliche öffentliche Verkehrsmittel abgehen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich. Die Zimmer (hatten 2 gebucht) sind für uns jedenfalls nicht empfehlenswert! Es roch muffig, keine Aufhängemöglichkeit für Gardarobe, die Schalter/Steckdosen hingen teilweise heraus, der Vorhang am Saum total verdreckt (da viel zu lang, schleift am Boden, stolpergefahr!), bei der Dusche waren die Randfugen sowohl innen - als auch außen!!! - total schwarz vom Schimmel! Die Regendusche war nur sehr sehr spärlich befestigt - hatten Angst, das das Ding jeden Moment herunter kracht. Mit viel mehr Sauberkeit und noch ein bisschen Liebe zum Detail, wäre das Zimmer ok, aber in diesem Zustand sicherlich nicht!! Schade, dass man hier bei der Bewertung keine Fotos beifügen kann. Das Frühstück ist türkisch und sehr, sehr minimalistisch gehalten in einem stickigen Souterrain-Raum - auch nicht sehr prickelnd.

This hotel’s rooms were clean, but the staff were extremely rude. The housekeepers started making loud noises in the hallway around 7:00 in the morning! The cleanliness of the place where breakfast was served was terrible.

It was close to shopping and restaurants, but it was very noisy. Specially at night time you feel like you’re sleeping in the street they have control on your air condition in the room that they keep shutting down so you come back to her room or while you’re sleeping suddenly they don’t get hot because they shut the air condition from downstairs the breakfast in the morning, very limited cold, I was running out so better breakfast buffet and the worst thing happen. The elevator got stuck with my mom inside and when they open the door on her, all they say is you could use downstairs not even check on her or saying how are you doing or saying even I’m sorry and my mom is 74 years old and another thing you have to go about 20 stairs to get into the hotel from the Main St. so it’s not a handicap, friendly or senior citizen friendly

It’s a walk distance to the takseem but you have to go up stairs to get to the reception ,, the elevator got stuck with my mom once and didn’t even say I’m sorry for it, the breakfast buffet was small and not a lot of varieties cold and they run a lot of time out of some items not what’s look like in the pictures and we find out that they shut the air condition couple hours every day for the rooms so they have a control from downstairs on the Air condition in your room and it’s a lot of noise all night long from the outside when you’re trying to sleep you feel like you’re in the middle of the street cars with loud noises and there is no noise barrier we have two rooms one in the third and one in the sixth floor and we still heard noises from outside

The check in and check out easy, Staff very kind and kind, The price was good, we left the hotel to continue our vacation in turkiye and we have reserved room in this hotel for two days before our return to Canada as our check out time and the nice management offered us a discount also. We were abruptly woken up at 4 am by a deafening drilling noise! the walls were literally shaking. I called the reception to ask what was going on, they casually told me, "WE ARE FIXING THE ELEVATOR"!! Another ridiculous issue: The Air conditioner switch was on the ceiling, not on the wall! and there was no remote control provided to turn it on or off! We had to put a chair under the panel just to be able to reach it! Then we called and asked for an iron, they brought one, but it has a UK Plug!! and it didn't even fir the sockets in the Hotel in Istanbul!! Overall the Service was terrible, and I absolutely do not recommend this Hotel!

It was the worst hotel I've ever been to; there were even spiders, the restaurant chairs were disgusting, the breakfast was inedible ,the door locks didn't lock, I felt unsafe, and Expedia was irresponsible. I asked for a refund because I had to change hotels, and they still haven't resolved the issue.
