旧市街の中心地で、トラム駅に徒歩１分と観光に非常に便利な立地です。スタッフは親切で、イスタンブールとしては朝食がおいしいです。その一方で、設備機器の保守状態がよくありません。トイレの水を流すボタンを押すと戻すのに苦労します。部屋ドアを内側からロックするのは技術が必要です。

We had 2 separate rooms on same floor for a family of 4. This hotel was fun and quirky with all its artistic additions and decor. Breakfast was plenty with lots of selection. Turkey is full of smoking and this hotel had a scent of it coming from the foyer or front door where the front staff of all the hotels would gather to smoke. That would be my only complaint of the location but it was everywhere so we got used to it I think. The room was warm for us and couldn’t figure out how to use the AC but we also did t ask and just cooled Down by keeping the balcony door open. Balcony was enjoyable to sit out in and watch the hustle and bustle of the city and listen to the call to pray from the Aya Sofia. This hotel is perfect location to explore all the highlights of the Sultanahmet area.

Clean and comfortable budget hotel

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort. Bedding and bathroom were clean; bed was comfortable; water pressure was good and the bathroom was clean. The walls are rather thin, but overall, this was a nice budget stay in an unbeatable location. Front desk staff were also really nice. We'd recommend this for someone looking for a good, budget option.

Aanrader! Ligt op een perfecte plek met alles op loopafstand in de buurt. Heel schoon en fijn hotel. Vriendelijk personeel dat je met alles helpt. Hele fijne douches en goed ontbijt!

Troisième séjour dans cet hôtel en 2024. Nous avons prolongé notre séjour précédent pour le porter à 11 jours. Très bon hôtel bien entretenu offrant un vrai confort (voir nos deux avis précédents).

Deuxième séjour d'une semaine dans cet hôtel cette année. Il est extrêmement bien tenu et d'une propreté irréprochable. La literie est très confortable et l'ameublement de qualité, le tout offrant une décoration intérieure agréable et contemporaine (la paroi vitrée de l'ascenseur est une grande réussite). Le personnel est toujours accueillant, serviable et gentil. L'établissement se trouve à quelques dizaines de mètres du tramway T1 qui dessert un très grand nombre de lieux des deux côtés de la Corne d'Or. Dans la même rue, à environ 200 m, il y a même un accès direct à la station du métro de Marmaray qui relie l'Asie à l'Europe en cinq minutes (et même l'aéroport de Sabiha Gökçen avec une correspondance par le métro M4 à Ayrilic à deux stations de là). Une très bonne adresse.

A localização é excelente, proxima de varios pontos turisticos para ir a pé. Inicialmente nos deram um quarto bem menor do que o reservado, tivemos que dormir a primeira noite neste quarto. Mudaram nosso quarto para outro maior, mas que tb nao era o que tinhamos reservado. O quarto era bem decorado e muito limpo, porém muito escuro. O ar condicionado parava de funcionar a noite. O cafe da manha era bem gostoso, mas havia um garçon bastante rude (chegamos proximo do horário final do café da manhã e ele veio nos dizer para chegar mais cedo no dia seguinte)

The stay was OK. However, the entire experience ended up turning into true hell on the last day. I already knew about the bad reputation of the city's taxi drivers and I myself was the victim of at least 3 taxi driver extortions during my stay in Istanbul. For the journey from the hotel to the airport, I asked the hotel for recommendations and they recommended a driver. I confirmed the price , which would be paid by card at least 5 times so there would be no problem. unfortunately to my surprise the taxi driver, in addition to driving recklessly, answering the phone all the time, upon arriving at the airport wanted to charge me more than we agreed, claiming that my card was not local and he would incur fees. I said that this was not what was agreed with the hotel, but he still resorted to shouting and threatened to call the police. I know that the taxi driver is not a hotel employee but the experience was terrifying. It took at least 15 minutes for the taxi driver to agree to charge me the agreed amount. Never again. Hypnos never again. The employees at this hotel recommend dishonest taxi drivers as "friends". It ruined the experience.

Upon our arrival we were assigned the room on the 4 floor,the room is a "comfort" but it is very small,all furnished in black and very dark even when we turn on all the lights,we notice that the bathroom door does not close completely,it is a sliding door and it remains open by about 30 centimeters,we notify the reception where a very annoyed employee doesn't even take us into consideration,I write a review on expedia and the next morning at breakfast another employee asks me and they finally fix the door. On the same day me and my husband we get stuck in the lift,we sound the alarm and no one comes, it restarts and it gets stuck again,we ring but nothing. My husband manages to open the door and we go down on foot, the guy at the reception is busy playing with the phone. We were scared because there was no air They write to me and ask me why I still complained about the room and I explain to them what happened and that the problem isn't the room,they tell me that the elevator is fine that maybe I touched something and that it wasn't possible was blocked,this goes on for a while but in the end they apologize. In the following days my husband no longer takes the elevator but takes the stairs and I get stuck again, he calls the employee and finally sees that I was stuck. For the rest, the hotel is in a perfect location and the breakfast is not a buffet but prepared fresh,not very varied,but good. The wifi works great and the room was clean and the bed very very comfortable.

Great boutique hotel in sultanhamnet area of Istanbul. Compared to the surrounding streets it was nice and quiet. The rooms were well decorated and stylish. We had two rooms, both the same standard, however one was small and the other was very large. Both were well equipped though. Breakfast was very nice with good variety every day. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only gripe was we got stuck in the lift one night and no matter how many times we rang the lift alarm, banged on the door and pressed the call button, no staff came to help. Luckily my wife was able to open the door from the outside to let us out.
