STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

This is NOT a hotel. This is an "establishment", that doesn't even try to have hotel standards. Do NOT expect to have a clean, comfortable or even ready to stay room. You'll receive duvets with no sheets on them, toilets that are not cleaned, towels that are no different than floor rags with holes on them, beds with ciggarette burns on them! And if you ask the "management" to correct them, you'll het the answer that these things are normal in an affordable hotel! They have no understanding of quality or any standards that you would expect in a hotel, even a cheap one! Stay away at all costs!!!! This place doesn't deserve to be registered on hotels.com!

I got very disappointed when I reached there and the person on the desk said that they do not receive any information or money paid by Expedia. He told me that the ownership has been changed only 1 week ago so I was forced to pay double amount for the same period of time because I reached there late night and had no other option.

no room service, the terrace is not clean at all, i went to the hotel at 9.30 am my check in was at 1.00 pm but didnt found anyone at the lobby it was empty so i was forced o stay with my luggage till the reception guy came at 10.30 am because he was sleeping

İş için 6 gün boyunca burada kaldım. Gitmeden önce aradığımda kahvaltının 7de başladığı söylenmişti fakat gittiğimde kahvaltının en erken 9da başlayabildiğini söylediler. 9da kahvaltıya gittiğimdeyse yarım saat sonra hazır olabileceğini söylediler. Bu yüzden kahvaltıdan hiç yararlanamadım. 6 gün boyunca televizyonum çalışmıyordu. Her gün söylediğimde, sonraki gün birinin gelip düzelteceğini söylediler ama kimse gelmedi. Tuvalet kağıdım bittiğinde tuvalet kağıdının kalmadığını söyleyerek yarım tuvalet kağıdı getirdiler. Ama konum yeterince iyiydi.

Lästige Übernachtungsgäste

Das Zimmer war unsauber und die Betten nicht bezogen. Es befand sich keinerlei Geschirr und auch kein Besteck in der Küchenzeile. Auch ein Wasserkocher fehlte. Nach und nach wurde uns nach ständiger Nachfrage das Allernötigste gebracht. Der Bettbezug kam erst am vierten Tag und man hatte auch den Eindruck, dass im Bad ein wenig saubergemacht worden war. Danach erschien während des ganzen Aufenthalts niemand im Zimmer, der sich eventuell um saubere Handtücher, Toilettenpapier oder um die Beseitigung des Mülls gekümmert hätte. Wir erschienen daher fast täglich in der "Rezeption", um ein Handtuch oder Toilettenpapier zu "erbetteln". - Das Frühstück sollte erst um 10 Uhr serviert werden, wenn wir längst unterwegs waren. Für die täglichen nächtlichen Störungen durch Gäste, die erst gegen 2 Uhr ihre Zimmer aufsuchten und dort lautstark weiterfeierten (?) können wir die Hotelbetreiber nicht verantwortlich machen, aber sie trübten die Urlaubsfreude zusätzlich. Allein die Dachterrasse mit dem fantastischen Blick auf den Bosporus entschädigte uns für die katastrophalen Zustände dieses Hauses. Wie wir zufällig erfuhren, fand im November 2016 ein Besitzerwechsel statt. So lässt sich vielleicht erklären, dass von einem Hotelbetrieb nicht die Rede sein konnte.

Worst hotel, worst service.

Nobody speaks a single word of english, worst breakfast ever, no house keeping at all. Dont even think about staying in this hotel.
