Love the sea view straight from the room. Loved that our airport layover ended up being an enjoyable day by the beach, rather than hanging at the airport or hassling the city sights. Food at the restaurant was good, a bit overpriced, but very good. Some items weren’t available on the menu. There are also other restaurants on the same street, with good selection. The staff was very helpful, always accommodating and friendly. Would stay here again!

Stay was excellent, staff were super friendly, only a couple spoke broken English, but i was in Turkey, so i accept that. Room was clean, aircon was fantastic, downstairs is restaurant and bar, my menu had stickers on with pricing, noticed the locals menu didn't, suspect i was being charged a "tourist menu" :-) , but even then was only £20 for a meal. honestly couldn't fault the place.

Great stay by the Black Sea

Super friendly staff. They arranged our transfers and we didn’t have to move a finger. The food in the restaurant is tasty and fresh. We got a room with ocean view with a balcony. We would come back.

Very clean, bed was comfortable, shower was useless, the door rattled in its frame and the door to the balcony was difficult to lock & unlock. The man who met us at the reception was very nice. It was a handy place to stay for our last night as it was near the airport.

Communication was excellent. Scheduling transportation with the hotel was excellent. Constant communication throughout the day as our flight was delayed 5 times and still the hotel worked on getting us picked up from the airport once we landed in Istanbul. The ocean was right outside our balcony but with the flight delays and later check in we weren't able to explore or see it. I would stay here again.

Let's put it this way. I was looking forward to spending an evening on the Black Sea shores. Alas, after I had booked it and on the day I was supposed to check in, I read that it had no elevator and customers had lamented about having to carry their luggage up the stairs. Had I planed on staying a few nights, I would have done so, but for a single night with no elevator and two heavy suit cases + 2 back packs, in addition to having to pay for taxi from-to the airport (it is not so near IST as you may think), I decided to eat the cost of my stay and stay at a more convenient place.

Staff was kind and lovely, we stayed one night and had a great stay in their clean, quiet rooms. The view of the Black Sea is amazing. Omer and the rest of the staff were so kind and helped us arrange our taxi to the airport the next day.

I stayed at this hotel for <12 hours, to catch a connecting flight. I was dismayed to find that the cost of the return airport shuttle (listed as “surcharge”) was 1.4x the cost of my room for the night. The hotel had taken 6hrs to reply to me with details, by which time I was flying & not looking at emails.
