Disliked: Cleanliness
Good breakfast and location (very quiet for Istanbul). Room cleaning service inexistent: once only after 5pm, honestly never seen this anywhere. Pool facilities ok only runied by dirty water of obscure source. Overall it does not meet the requirements of cost vs quality.

- Das Frühstück war wirklich schlecht, die ungenügende Qualität als auch die geringe Auswahl (zB. war der Kaffee ungenießbar (instant Kaffee mit Kaffeeweißer, keine frische Milch) und der Orangensaft, war eher ein süßliches Wassergemisch.
- Weiterhin wollten wir ein Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk und haben dann ein Zimmer zum Hinterhof ohne Balkon bekommen. Dann wurde uns noch ein teuerer Flughafenservice angeboten, anstelle einer ehrlichen Antwort mit Alternativen bzw. Verweis auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.
- Am 3. Tag (von 3) unseres Aufenthaltes war der Pool geschlossen.
- Die Kopfkissen waren leider sehr hart.
- Ansonsten war das Hotel sehr modern und qualitativ ausgestattet sowie gut gelegen (ausgenommen die Läden in unmittelbarer Nähe, diese waren sehr darauf hinaus, die Touristen auszunehmen, bloß nicht da in ein Restaurant rein!)
