The breast buffet was limited..not many to choose from..same thing every day..a bit disappointed..the bathroom tap stained wirh calcar..gave the impression that is dirty..a positive thing is that the rooms were cleaned every day

The room was beautiful and clean the staff were very friendly and helpful, they also speak very well english. The breakfast was amazing. My only criticism that they didn’t clean our room the next days, and we had a problem with the lightening.

Sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Hôtel très confortable et très propre. Personnel à l'accueil très aimable, souriant, avenant, à l'écoute de nos préoccupations. Завтрак плох, во всех отелях в Стамбуле до этого шведский стол был гораздо лучше, молоко прокисшее, выпечки почти нет. В номере система обогрева работает не по температуре, а на полную мощность, было очень жарко, на ночь приходилось выключать обогрев, поскольку дышать нечем, а окно не откроешь из-за шума с улицы, к утру становилось холодно. По вечерам вода в душе была прохладная, не горячая, поэтому мыться лучше с утра. Номер маловат, для одного подойдет, а вдвоем уже тесновато. В остальном нормально. Чисто, персонал вежливый, ремонт хороший, wi-fi работал отлично.
