Boutique Hotel

House of Tulpen is a boutique hotel located near Taksim square. There are several restaurants close by and the Metro station is a 10 minute walk away. The hotel Is located on a quiet small street close to the action. The hotel is clean, plenty of hot water for showers and Alexandra and Baris are outstanding, friendly hosts.

Not really their fault since we accidentally declared 1 adult instead of 2-and we ended up sacrificing our non refundable 2 night stay. But it even for one person, the room was tiny and on top of 4 stories w/o elevator.

Otel tam bir fiyat performans oteli. Konumu mükemmel. Sadece uyuyup duş alacağınız bir otel arıyorsanız iyi bir alternatif olabilir. Konakladığım iki gün boyunca bir tane bile personele rastlamadım. Geç saatlerde girip çıktığım için telefon ile kontak kurduk. Temizlik kötü değildi ancak oda çok küçüktü, fotoğraflarda biraz daha büyük görünüyordu. otel çok merkezi konumda olmasına rağmen tabelası olmadığı için çok zor buldum. Asansör yok, valiz fazla ise biraz sıkıntı olabilir. Banyo da çok küçüktü. Klozete oturduğunuzda dizleriniz karşı duvara değiyor. Otel konumu itibariyle taksimin göbeğinde olmasına rağmen oda içinde herhangi bir gürültü veya müzik sesiyle karşılaşmadım. Sessizdi. Bir daha kalır mısın diye sorarsanız evet kalabilirim ama daha büyük bir oda olmak kaydıyla.

Konforsuz yataklar ve dokunsan açılacak bi kapı

Oda fena değildi, temizdi. Ama İki tek kişilik yatak birleştirilmişti ve yatağın demirleri çıkmıştı kaldığım süre boyunca gece çok rahatsız oldum. Demirleri sürekli sırtıma battı ve rahat uyuyamadım. Odanın kapısı çok kötü. Dışarıdan biri gelip bi tekme atsa açılır. Zaten kenarlardan içerisi ve dışarısı belli oluyor. Kapıyı tutan tek şey orta yerde yer alan kilit kısmı. Gece onun da korkusunu yaşadım. Her an biri gelip kapıyı açacakmış korkusuyla uyudum. Gece mahallede sürekli bağırma sesleri vardı. Her an bi olay çıkacakmış gibi. Ben yokken de odama girilmiş. Böyle bişeyi talep etmedim üstelik. Kısacası geceleri korkudan ve yatağın demirlerinin sırtıma batmasından dolayı çokta iyi uyuyamadım. Bi daha gider miyim Hayır.

Оооочень тесный номер , в котором ещё и не убрано было . Пришлось попросить помыть унитаз и поменять простынь . Расположение удобное для тех ,кто любит останавливаться на Истикляле. Но мы в этот отель больше ни ногой даже если нам доплатят(

This is a very small property (note, no lift and 4 floors). Every sound carries through but all our fellow guests were, like us, very polite and climbed the stairs quietly in the morning and evening. It was clean, the guy on reception was pleasant. It is not luxury accommodation - but we got what we needed, somewhere to rest our heads after busy days seeing the many, many sights in Istanbul!

Oda bütün olarak çok temizdi. Odamız küçük ama ihtiyacımızı karşıladı. Otelde çok zaman harcamadık. Otel sahipleri çok konuksever ve ilgiliydiler. Bazı isteklerimiz konusunda bizi kırmadılar. Otel konum olarak Taksim meydanına çok yakın ve güvenilir mekanda.

I would like to inform you that the furniture included a dirty kind of insects “ bugs “ and we have pictures for our bodies with red spots. But to be fair, cleaning was very good and every time we came back to our rooms we find it well organized with clean amenities. Nazihat did a great job.

I didn’t like anything about this hotel. It smells, rooms are dirty, way too small no lifts, bugs. Pillows have stains. Never again.

Wir hatten eigentlich 5 Nächte in diesem Hotel gebucht! Haben jedoch schon einen Tag später das Hotel wieder verlassen! Das Hotel ist eine Katastrophe sowie die Mitarbeiter und Besitzer auch ! Die Lage ist ok. Jedoch hatten wir sogar mit der Polizei zutun!!!! Die schlimmste Nacht in Istanbul in diesem Hotel. Es ist einiges vorgefallen doch die Besitzer haben keine Einsicht gezeigt erst nachdem die Polizei sie mit aufs Revier mitgenommen hat.

Все было хорошо, удобное расположение, 3 минуты пешком до площади Таксим. Для тех кто путешествует на машине - будет сложно с парковкой. Там лучше не парковаться) а так все хорошо, комнаты маленькие но уютные. За такие деньги вариант лучше вам врядли удастся найти. Владелица отеля - русская

Güzel

Odalarda ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz eşyalar bulunmakta. Gayet rahat, temiz ve samimi bir otel. Meydana 3 dakika mesafede olması güzeldi. Sadece çift kişilik yerine iki ayrı yataklı oda verilmişti isteklerimize karşı fakat bunu da uygunluk durumuna bağlı diye sitelerinde yazıyor zaten. Güzel vakit geçirilebilir.

Сразу оговорюсь, что мы достаточно много путешествуем и, как правило, выбор того или иного отеля по отзывам и фото соответствует действительно. Но с The House of Tulpan нас постигло полное разочарование! Не понятно откуда у этого отеля столько положительных отзывов. А профессионально сделанные фото вводят в заблуждение. Объективно: небольшой отель в центре Таксим, в старом здании, без реновации, обшарпанный интерьер, ветхая мебель, грибок на стенах и кафеле, паутина на светильниках, затхлый неприятный запах, маленькие номера, продавленные матрасы, крошечная ванная заляпанная везде герметиком и без вентиляции, занавески в жуткой саже, крутая скрипучая лестница между этажами, мизирное лобби - оно же столовая. Завтрак накрывают за соседним столиком с администратором. Неприлично скудный набор: вареное яйцо, пару кусочков сыра, помидора, огурца, оливки, хлеб, растворимый кофе или чай. Конечно, позавтракать можно в одном из многочисленных кафе рядом с отелем, но нам всегда удобнее брать завтрак в отеле, чтобы не терять времени для изучения города. Цена номера не из самых низких, но абсолютно не соответствует качеству, даже с учётом расположения отеля в центре Таксим. Состояние отеля и предоставление такого низкого качества услуг считаем неуважением к своим постояльцам. Надеемся, что данный отзыв поможет другим путешественникам сделать правильный выбор, а отелю исправить ситуацию в лучшую сторону.

Hôtel horrible, je déconseille a toute personne de séjourner à cette hôtel. Le soir trop bruyant avec des personnes qui écoute de la musique a l’extérieur toute la nuit. Chambre médiocre les prises électriques tombe, plein de poussière salle de bain horrible nous avons dû acheter des claquettes tellement c’était sale avec du moisi, nous avons eu une grosse fuite dans la salle de bain par le plafond ils ont rien fait pour nous pas de place disponible nous ont il dit. C’était vraiment horrible. Il y a un climatiseur dans la chambre situé derrière un placard inaccessible. Séjours de 4 jours

Otel konum itibariyle harika. Barış bey ve eşi oldukça ilgiliydi fakat odaların çok küçük olması, camdan soğuk gelmesi, lavabonun küçüklüğü(duşa girmek için çaba sarf etmek lazım), saç kurutma makinesi olmaması, televizyonun çalışmaması ve ayrıca gece 4-5 defa resepsiyonu aradığımız halde kimsenin açmaması ve aşağıda kimsenin olmaması dışında bir problem yoktu. Kısaca ‘benim odada işim yok, istiklalde takılıp gelip yatıcam’ diyorsanız tercih edebilirsiniz.
