Otel gayet temizdi girişte birinci kattaki odada kaldık üst kata çıkan merdivenler odanın içinde çok ses olmasına sebebiyet veriyordu. ses yalıtımı çok kötü. Başka odada çalan alarmı kendi arkadaşımın telefonu çalıyor sandım. Ses çok olduğu için çok rahat uyuyamadık.

Olumlu tarafı olarak temizliğini soyleyebilirim. Oldukça temizdi. Sıcak bir ortam. Olumsuz tarafları ise; kaldığım oda gün ışığını pek almıyordu. O nedenle gün içinde odada zaman geçirmek pek mümkün olmayabilir. İnternet hızı yeterli değildi. Yataklar hareket edince gıcırdıyordu.

One staff is not professional. 私は今までどのサイトも悪い評価の口コミを書いたことがありません。 それは書いている時間がもったいないし私自身、嫌な気持ちになるからです。 でも書かずにはいられない事が起きました。 分かりやすく書くつもりです。 私達は10日間このホテルに滞在しました。 1人のスタッフはとても親切に気持ち良く接してくださいました。 しかし私はこのホテルで酷い対応を経験をしました。私達は今まで世界中のホテルに300泊ぐらい滞在してきましたが酷い対応を受けたのは初めてでした。 私はびっくりしたと同時にショックでした。 １.このホテルは3日に一回の掃除とタオルの交換をしています。 2日目、私達は部屋の鍵を掛けて出掛けました。そして私達は外出から帰ってきました。部屋の鍵がかかっていませんでした。そしてゴミが無くなっていたり、コーヒーカップが元の位置に戻っていたことで清掃スタッフが部屋に入ったと気付きました。 私はカップを手に取りました。カップの受け皿が茶色く汚れていて、私は自分でそれを洗いました。私達が使った時よりも受け皿が汚れていたことが私はとても気持ち悪かったです。また、カップに入れていたものが洗面台に直に置いてありとても汚くなりました そして、部屋の鍵がかかっていないと、泥棒が入るかもしれません。 なので私はまず掃除の日以外は部屋に入らないでくださいとスタッフに伝えました。 そのスタッフは危険なことなどチェックするために毎日、スタッフが客の部屋に入らなければならないと言いました。私はそれは理解しました。 そうであれば、私はカップは自分で洗います。なので、カップは触らないでくださいと伝えました。 そのことは清掃スタッフの仕事が少し減るだけなので私はその話はすぐ済むと思っていました。 しかしそのスタッフはwhy？と言いました。 私は清掃スタッフへの悪口になるから言いたくありませんでしたが。 ２.このホテルは階段の前で靴を脱ぐスタイルでロビーは靴を履いて歩きます。 私達は階段の前で靴を脱ぐように言われていました。 ある時清掃スタッフがロビーで履いていた靴で階段を上り私達の部屋に入りました。 私は綺麗な階段と部屋だと信じていたから私は靴を脱いで歩いていました。とてもショックでした。 私達は自分で部屋用のflip flopsを用意しました。 そのあるスタッフは主張を言い通しました。その表情、言葉は自分たちは全く悪くないという表れでした。 そのスタッフの態度は彼女自身が客よりも上の立場と思っているのがはっきりわかりました。 私はとても失望しました。 私は掃除の後に鍵がかかってなかったこと+カップが茶色く汚れていたのはもはや、どうでもよくなりました。 そのことよりも客を怒らせるホテルスタッフがいることのがどれだけ悪いホテルか！ 私はこんな経験は二度としたくはありません！ もしあなたが楽しい旅をしたいのならこのホテルに滞在することはお薦めしません。 1人のスタッフの接客対応が変わらない限りはあなたはとても嫌な気持ちにさせられて楽しい旅にはならないでしょう。 ただしそのスタッフと挨拶程度に話していれば最悪な気持ちにはならないでしょう！ またある朝、私はitchy 。目が覚めました。 mitesか何かに刺されて赤くなってました。1週間経った今は更にひどくなっています。気をつけてください。

Cosy digs close to main attractions

A very good value for the area and convenient location for Istanbul's main attractions (Sultanahmet, Grand Bazaar, etc.). Because it is a boutique hotel employees are not always around 24/7, but were able to be contacted at any time and otherwise very accommodating. The structure itself is an older building so may feel a bit small for some - but I really liked the unique building and decor; felt both traditional and homey. Overall a very pleasant experience.

很可惜匆匆抵達，只住一晚後便匆匆離去。 這裡的房間（尤其浴室）、服務人員、早餐是我所喜歡的。 有個小缺點就是他們沒有電梯，只有樓梯，如果住的樓層比較高，行李又多，會比較不方便，但整體來說還不錯。

Útulný rodinný hotel zaujme svojou atmosferou. Prijemný personal dohovorite sa anglicky a rusky. Pripravujú chutné raňajky. Izba bola čistá a posteľ nebola preležana. Umiestnenie hotela je v malej pokojnej uličke. Da sa dostať pešo na grand bazar aj do historickych mešit. Spali sme tam 4 noci a citili sme sa bezpečne a dobre. Odporučam. Je to niečo celkom iné ako medzinarodne hotely s ful servisom.

Wonderful Istanbul Hotel

What a wonderful hotel, tucked away down a side street with views of the sea. The service was amazing, breakfasts delicious and fresh. It's location was perfect for local restaurants and the big tourist attractions in sultanamet. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very central, Easy to walk to the centre of the OLD CITY. Good WIFI connections. Suggest you include breakfast in the package. It is worth trying. Just a reminder...staircases of the hotel are very steep like everywhere else in Istanbul and surrounding area is paved with cobblestones.

Uzun bir seyahatten döndüğümüzde icin check in saatimiz biraz geç oldu. Hostel boş olduğu icin bizi daha iyi bir odaya yerleştirdiler. Oda biraz kucuk olmasina rağmen gayet konforluydu. Tek eksi yonu odanın yalıtımsızlığıydı, bir alt kattaki odadakilerin konusmalarini duyabiliyorduk (belki de bağırarak konusyorlardir bilmiyorum). Genel olarak çok memnun ayrıldık hostelden.
