“Pros: The location, the spacious house and the historical ambiance. The house had a large living room which fitted all, so that we could easily spend time together. Equipped with all we needed, included toys for the kids. Cons: It was a bit unpractical that the ground floor apartment was not connected indoors to the rest of the house, when we rented the whole house. But in the end it was not a large problem.”

“The manager I spoke with was very kind, respectful, and professional. Expedia informed me that I could check out before 8:26 p.m., and I have screenshots and other evidence to support this. However, my experience the next morning was completely different. A woman came to my room, knocked loudly on the door, and repeatedly shouted, “Open!” When I opened the door, she immediately said, You have to leave now. The guy is coming to clean the room. I understood that I needed to check out before 2:00……

“Lovely flat on a quiet street accessible to all we wanted to see and more. Well appointed with the kitchen items needed, large shower, comfortable beds, and washing machine. We were welcomed by a staff person who offered restaurant suggestions and answered our many questions. This was my personal favorite location of all on our tour of Italy.”

“Pros: Stefano is very nice and helpful. Apartment was clean and spacious with lots of windows and doors for natural light. Lots of towels provided.Cons: Although ad says oven, dishwasher, cooktop, etc. and these are all provided, one cannot use more than a single appliance at time without tripping the electrical circuits for the entire apartment. Twice we were in the dark when we turned on the cooktop and the vent fan or oven at the same time. One should not plan to do much cooking here. ……
