O hotel 2 meses, mas estão totalmente despreparados. O meu quarto estava sujo sem cobertas e edredom. Banheiro nitidamente sem limpeza, o ar da sala pingava sem ser usado por 2 dias. Na entrada ja notei que a reposição da geladeira e petisco não tinha sido feita e tirei fotos para comprovar o não consumo e na saida quiseram me cobrar.

O quarto estava impecável na nossa estadia. Tudo novo, limpo, toalhas cheirosas!
O ambiente em geral é extremamente agradável.
Única coisa que as jacuzzis e a piscina externa estavam sem aquecimento.. e o café da manhã tem poucas opções. Mas no mais estava ótimo.

O Nobile Grand Hotel é, sem dúvida, uma das melhores experiências de hospedagem que tive nos últimos tempos. Um hotel novo, com tudo absolutamente impecável desde a estrutura até os pequenos detalhes que fazem diferença. A sensação ao entrar é de estar em um espaço moderno, bem planejado e cuidadosamente preparado para receber com excelência.
Tivemos apenas um contratempo no primeiro dia, quando o telefone do hotel não estava funcionando, o que gerou um pequeno ruído de comunicação. Mas, sinceramente, isso não diminui em nada a qualidade geral da experiência. Pelo contrário: a forma como a equipe nos atendeu, sempre com simpatia, prontidão e profissionalismo, mostrou o compromisso real do hotel com o bem-estar dos hóspedes.
O quarto merece destaque: confortável, bonito, silencioso, com tudo novinho e pensado para proporcionar descanso de verdade. Cada elemento do ambiente transmite cuidado e qualidade.
Foi uma estadia que valeu cada minuto. Saímos com a certeza de que fizemos uma excelente escolha e com a decisão tomada: voltaremos mais vezes. O Nobile Grand Hotel é aquele tipo de lugar que conquista pela estrutura, pelo serviço e pela experiência completa. Uma hospedagem que realmente vale a pena.

A experiência no hotel foi extremamente decepcionante. Na reserva constava que havia serviço de manobrista, mas não havia. Não havia telefone fixo instalado no hotel tentamos ligar várias vezes e ninguém atendeu, o que dificultou qualquer solicitação.
Além disso, faltou água, algo inaceitável, não havia água nem para escovar os dentes. O café da manhã foi um dos piores que já tive: poucas opções, qualidade baixa e totalmente incompatível com o valor cobrado.
O quarto estava sujo, com pelos no banheiro, travesseiros com cheiro ruim e sinais claros de falta de higienização adequada.
Péssima experiência. Não recomendo e não pretendo voltar.

Infelizmente a experiência não foi positiva, sábado o hotel estava sem energia elétrica pela manhã retornou à tarde e domingo falta de água durante todo o dia, dificuldade para fazer higiene pela manhã e tomar banho, a previsão é que retorne a água após as 15hs. Enfim, acredito que o hotel deveria reembolsar os hóspedes
