“That stay was a complete disaster. It felt like a scam from the very beginning—the actual location was nothing like what was shown on Expedia. The place didn’t meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness or service. The bed was broken, the toilet was rusty and damaged, and the bed sheets were smelly and dirty. They moved me to another hotel from the same chain, but the conditions were exactly the same. I wasn’t able to sleep there even for a single night. I ended up booking another hotel……

“The staff was very nice and well mannered and so was the owner. We were given an upgrade and the room was so nice and comfortable! The property is super close the entrances of Taj Mahal and has very beautiful views of it too.”

“The staff members were kind, giving us free water bottles. But the room was really dirty, noisy, the AC worked partially, the area was not reccomendable. The pictures on the booking webside did not look like the room itself, as the room was terrible and dirty. Don’t reccomend it!”

“I strongly advise caution before booking this hotel. During my family recent stay, cash was stolen from my room while they were out dining inside the hotel premises. We immediately reported the matter to the manager, but the response was extremely disappointing. Despite repeatedly asking, no clear explanation or resolution was provided, and they refused to share the CCTV footage that could have helped clarify what happened.

“Very bad . Avoid to visit this "hotel" . They are thieves and charging a lot of money for dirty room (bed sheets , bathroom )which is total differnt than fotos .also a lot of crowd from the road. Holes on the walls ,not hair dryer . We stayed only for one night and didnt use the bathroom cause it was very dirty. everything was really bad . Its very bad for hotels platform to have this hotel in them platform. Normally is for full refund cause i m good client in this platform”
