The space
We've just finished doing this up - it was my mother's old house and it's now looking groovy with its new stylish modern look but we've kept some of mother's old things too. Definitely eclectic! Big living room with dining table, work area, wood-burning stove. Master bedroom with kingsize bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom - all in nice Farrow & Ball and Little Greene colours, bathroom (shower) upstairs, single bedroom downstairs, downstairs loo, kitchen with table area, large hallway. Perfect for families or cosy for couples. New organic sheets and towels. One thing to note - access is via a narrow gate off the street. It seems daunting at first but is do-able in a transit van.

Parking outside the The Barn is via a narrow alley, but totally do-able and space for 2 cars, 3 with a squeeze. Everything in Modbury is walk-able to shops and pubs.
