The quality and thoughtfulness of the dishes are complimented superbly by sommelier So-san's wonderful service and exquisite selection of world-class wine. The room and hotel conditions were good but nothing extraordinary. The main downsides are the poor sound proofing and lack of elevators for those transporting heavy bags."

"The Niseko Ski Lodge lives up to its name--a rustic ski lodge. The staff were super friendly, and international. Upstairs rooms mostly share a bath, but we had a room with a private bath. The pre-fab bathroom was tiny and weirdly placed with a ~10" step up. Room size was good, but it was stiflingly hot with the radiator heat. "This was our first Park Hyatt visit and boy does it live up to the name. Being from a blue collar level, this was a special treat for my husband and I and it surpassed our expectations. The resort is in pristine condition, the rooms had zero flaws and the service was outstanding. They made you feel special and never ignored. It will be the most memorable stay for us and the view of Mount Yotei and in room onsen, was the icing on the cake. Even our room service meal was out of this world. A must visit for all."
