The hotel staff and shuttle drivers were very friendly and accommodating. They did a great job offering help with ski reservations and advice for things to do around Niseko. Definitely recommended if you going for winter sports during winter season. They provide their own winter sports equipments rental and they also have free shuttle to and from few of the ski area nearby. We really enjoy our breakfast everyday when we are there.

The breakfast and the entire property was absolutely beautiful!! Convenient that the shuttle brings you to the mountain. The kitchen staff for the breakfast was great and also appreciate the ski concierge desk. My only complaint is that we had an occurrence where we were laying down in our room and our door randomly opened and quickly shut. Someone clearly had access to our room which was unsettling and we never heard more after complaining to the staff. Our only other complaint is that sometimes the staff didn't have a sense of urgency or left the customer to take care of things themselves. We needed to return our skis to Rhythm and they would not take us in the shuttle to return everything and also were not looking to help us in any regard for that manner. I think the staff could use more proper training on how to handle client inquiries and situations like someone accessing our room. Otherwise, gorgeous hotel and wonderful onsen. Overall would come back here especially when the price is right.

Everything is excellent here - the service, the location, the room, the onsen. One small blemish - wish they have more washers and dryers.

Great service from staff especially the shuttle drivers, room attendants, and front staff. Clean and modern hotel. Great location close to market and food options. Nice breakfast buffet. Would highly recommend.
