"Booked a room with bathroom, the entire place smelled of sewage —- was hard to sleep as a result. Smell gets worse if you use the tub. Down several steep staircases, and freezing cold at night: not recommended! No extractor fans to remove the smell."

"Our stay at these cabins in Valle de Bravo was excellent. The cabins were very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
What made the experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. Their outstanding hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.

"The property views are awesome however there are a lot of issues with this property. Access to the property is very difficult. It's very secluded and you absolutely need a vehicle to get there. Roads are steep and rocky. A couple of cabs stalled trying to get up there. There are no amenities in the property. Cannot cook meals. There was a small and old toaster oven that was filthy.
