We stayed here for four nights! The room was comfortable, a little bit of traffic noise in the mornings, a cute private deck, comfortable bed and good breakfast! We also ate dinner at the restaurant three nights. The pizza was amazing as well as the pesto pasta! Staff were great. We enjoyed the upstairs hot tub as well two nights. We did lots of walking, went to see the butterflies, and enjoyed the side streets and different shops. The price was more than reasonable!! Would return for sure!

The hotel is rustic, but overall well-preserved. The staff is kind, however I didn't receive the benefits for VIP members, the free tour was not offered at arrival nor the room upgrade and neither the late check-out. The location is somehow near the center of Valle de bravo; I got a room that was on the corner (room 9) and was noisy because both surrounding streets have people and cars driving by. It has parking space on a property across the street. The restaurant is average, the food was not particularly good. However the bed and bathroom was comfortable, it has a small fridge and safebox to keep valuable items. Overall it was a good stay but could have been better.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cuanta con su estacionamiento, el centro a unos 10 min caminando por lo que es muy accesible. De camino hay tiendas y un Oxxo.
Nos hospedamos mi hija y yo, y nos tocó una recámara súper amplia, afuera de nuestra habitación teníamos acceso a dos dispensadores de agua uno natural y otras de sabor. Cuando ingresamos a la habitación había fruta y dulces de cortesía, detalle que nos agradó. El personal siempre atentos y amables.
Algo que me encantó fue lo cómoda que era la cama y las almohadas! 10/10
También nos gustaron los productos de aseo personal que coloca, son artesanales y huelen delicioso.

El desayuno delicioso, con buen sabor, muy acogedor el lugar para desayunar y hay opciones si quieres algo adicional a lo que viene incluido en el costo del hotel. Muy relajado para dormir y acogedor. La atención es prácticamentte personalizada y en las habitaciones hay lo suficiente para que sea amena la estancia. Se puede caminar y disfrutar la ciudad hacia donde quieras. Me volveria a hospedar sin dudarlo!!!

Excelente lugar en todos los aspectos, personal muy amable y servicial; alimentos del restaurante muy deliciosos; y fue una grata sorpresa que también mi auto haya disfrutado de la experiencia dado que lo lavaron. Me siento muy satisfecho con mi experiencia en el hotel.
