「Old and decrepit 」

「The room was clean, but furniture is old and over used. The wall painting frame was screwed to wall. The office chair had worn & torn vinyl. Lobby & and breakfast rooms were nice. Breakfast was ok. Best part was the walk across the street to beach. Great location. Every restaurant and bar was within a short drive. 」

「Charging $20 to check in 30 minutes early is why I won’t use this company again. Corporate greed! What happened to old fashioned common sense. The room is available. I told the lady at the counter we just want to drop our bags off and we won’t be back until midnight. We were the only people in the whole complex. She said it was policy. Best Western lost a customer for life!!」

「We did not feel very safe being at this Red Roof Inn, there was loud music being played when we arrived and ended up calling the front desk to report it because it was after 11:00 PM and the music was still playing loud, the front desk said they would talk to them up it didn't quiet, there were people running up and down the walkway. Noise all throughout the night. It was the most terrible stay we have had in Corpus Christi that we ever had. We ended up checking out early need to speak to an...

「We really enjoyed our time at Bluffs Landing. The location and the room were very clean and hospitable. The staff was very kind and was able to give us some extra towels. The pool was very beautiful, but I can’t speak to how fun it was because it was too cold to swim The morning. Sunrise was absolutely incredible and we did not even need to leave our room. I would give six stars out of five.」

「The “breakfast” was toast and a bagel. My room TV was broken and they tried to say I did it but the day I checked in I took a picture and went and showed the staff all he say was Ok and the next morning they was trying to hold $50 deposit 」

「Room was clean, not enough pillows and blankets were limited.. lady that checked us in was not hospitable...asked for my card swiped I asked what was this for she said $20 a day didn't give me a heads up before she swiped. I understand but at least give me a heads up. Maybe she was busy or a bad day, but I am not staying there agian. Breakfast was what we were hoping would be great as usual but didn't. 」

「The pictures in the app are misleading. It’s a runned down property that got a facelift. Our door did not properly close due to the floor being crooked, which was a major safety concern. The room was dirty. Pool was cold, doesn’t seem like the heater was working. But the absolute worst was having to shower with cold water, when I asked about it at the front desk, they told me I could talk to the manager the next morning. 」

「The front staff was nice and very friendly. The breakfast was pretty good. The room was okay. There weren’t enough towels in the restroom. The shower looked a little dirty and the carpet felt sticky. 」
