Friendly owner but a bit difficult to communicate with he in English. The check-in and check-out procedures are done online at the front desk and seem unnecessary. The check-in time is too late at 16:00. It should start at 14:00. "

"We were really happy with our location near the river, Gion district, and walkable distance to kyoto station or Nishiki market area. The 205 bus also stops outside this apartment which was super convenient for visiting other areas around Kyoto. The beds and amenities in the apartment were really comfortable and the bathroom was first rate. We loved having a balcony to peek out at the world before leaving our apartment. Highly recommend. "

"My family and I stayed at this location at the end of October 2024. It was clean, spacious enough for 5 adults, and conveniently located within walking distance of Nishiki Market, which was great. Beds were soft, showers were excellent, toilets of course amazing, would stay again next time we come to Japan.
