「As a guy who loves a good affordable roadside motel and has a pretty low bar for acceptable as far as basic lodging accommodations this fell way below the bar. Never a good sign when the first thing the desk clerk says to you is “if something is wrong with the room I can’t give you a refund” . I’m pretty sure they used cigarette butts yo stuff the mattress and pillows . After psyching myself up to take a shower I grabbed a towel of the tank of the toilette(because why bother installing a shelf...

「I loved the cleanliness of hotel and the many things we had access to, our studio room had a refrigerator and also a sofa bed that was very convenient we also had green apples available if needed and hot tea and coffee if needed to relax/kick back. Our staff was wonderful. The breakfast was so fresh and tasty.」

First of all, it is not necessary to raise a voice to the guest, any circumstance. I don't know what confusion comes from but hopefully they have a little better employee education for future.」
