This apartment is located within 3 minutes of Baptist Hosptital, 7 minutes of St. Dominic’s hospital, and 7 minutes of The University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC). There will be no shortage of entertainment with Belhaven Township, Fondren, and The District all within 10 minutes. The home is newly remodeled with high end finishes giving you the perfect place to unwind and relax.

The apartment is one of 4 apartments in the building. Only apartment #2 is available during your stay. Please do not disturb the other tenants

You will use your entry code to enter the front door of the building. Upon entering the building, the apartment to your right, (apartment #2) will have another keypad to enter the access code. This is the apartment you will use during your stay. Inside the apartment you will have full access. Laundry for the unit is in the main foyer upon entering the building. There is a closet under the stairs with a mart lock. Use the same code for laundry.
