“The staff was warm and nice. However, the hotel is dated. The hallways were dark and gloomy. The venting machine doesn’t accept credit payment, which is okay as Walmart is a 2-min drive. I was able to accept the condition of the hallway as the bedroom itself was not terrible. No carpet and visibly clean. However, the bathroom was the reason behind the review. The toilet seat seemed damaged by heat. The water did not get hot, and the handle fell off. The ventilation in the bathroom is so poor……

“As soon as I pulled in, I was instantly iffy. The woman at the front desk was very sweet and let us go look at a room before checking in. Dirt on bed, floor was dirty and it looked like bed bugs were going to greet me at the door. I knew there was no way I could stay in a nasty room. I was given a refund because I reserved it online. I read the reviews and I’m convinced that the owner paid people for good reviews or he made the reviews himself. ”
