rooms have been renovated, clean, comfortable beds. Only negative was the refrigerator was too large for the cabinet, and the door didn't fully close unless you tilted the fridge. I also left the cabinet door ajar a bit to ventilate the unit. Otherwise, great stay

We had a wonderful stay at this Hampton Inn! The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had such a cozy, homey atmosphere from the moment we walked in. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything was well-maintained throughout our stay. We were in town visiting my husband's hometown, and this was the perfect place to stay. We'd definitely choose this hotel again the next time we're in the area!

Staff were great, rooms were clean. The problem was that they gave no notification about an entire renovation of the first floor which was unacceptable. I would have made different plans had i known that all amenities were unavailable unless I wanted to go to the Hilton next door. The elevator was also down for half of the stay which left the stairs. This may not help you in deciding your stays in the future due to the renovation likely being finished.

We came to Marshall because one of us has always been a big fan of John Bellairs, particularly "The House With A Clock in Its Walls." Seeing the house that this was based on was pure geek-fandom for me. But we also discovered a cool little Michigan town with good eats and nice walkability. The room was everything we needed for our short trip. Clean, nice, and close to the stuff we wanted to see.

Great hotel, good price, well maintained, breakfast every morning, close to expressway but not loud, the staff was very friendly and helpful- always greeting you when you came and left The only issue we had was that they don’t come in to clean until the 4th day of your stay. (We were staying 3 nights) I have 2 boys and a husband that were swimming every day and golfing every day so they took a lot of showers. Towel just kept piling up. It would have been nice to have the room cleaned every other day.
