“The one front seak clerk decided she wanted to play this day. Told me I needed a credit card for incidentals, but when i said the website didnt state that she acted as if she never even requested the card from me. And then I paid for a room with one king bed and a sofa and she intentionally gave me a room (116 to be exact) with double queen beds instead, which was cheaper but didnt refund my difference but that was ok because that wasnt such a big deal for me.
