Worst hotel- go anywhere else
Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Started with the stench of weed when walking in the door due to front desk employee smoking. Elevator out of service, bathrooms out of service. Got to the room (booked a king room and received a double queen instead) and it was filthy, in disrepair, no bed skirts, cigarette burns in sheets, 2 flat pillows on each queen bed, roaches in bathroom and crawling out of fridge, no towels of any sort, food left in dresser drawers, running and jumping from upstairs on 3rd floor until after 1am, you get the idea. We should've slept in the car and saved the money.

Beskidt værelse med besøg af kakerlakker. Sengetøjet havde brændemærker efter cigaretter til trods for det var røgfrit. Hele hotellet lugtede af røg. Udefinerbare pletter på stole, gulvtæpper og sengetøj. Generelt meget beskidt og slidt et sted man ikke har lyst til at være længere tid end højest nødvendigt.

We did not even stay at the property so I would like my money back. The elevator was broken, we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs, there was holes in the walls, stains on all the floors, smelled of weed, cigarette burns in bedding, and the most awful hotel I’ve ever been in.

RUN!! This place is disgusting and feel very unsafe. After 5 minutes I was out the door ...couldn't touch anything in the room. Shut this place down !!

Called to ask for a late check in since we ran into car troubles on the road. The representative basically said if you are not there by 10pm you will not have access to your room and it’s non refundable. This check in cut off time was not made apparent to me when I booked. I lost money having to get another hotel last minute. I will be disputing the charge on my card since I was denied access to a room that I paid for.

It was ok for a hotel in Jackson. The pictures do not look the same as online. The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I just had one issue. The door at our hotel room did not lock properly at first. If u pushed it and it didnt have to b hard the door opened right up. The guy from the front desk fixed it and was quick doin it. Oh how could i forget the elevator broke and we had to take the stairs.

Not worth the trouble
I arrived a few minutes after midnight, unfortunately there was no one at the front desk to help me. A note was on the window saying you would have to be there before midnight to check in. I went back outside to try to call the front desk and still no one was around. A young man got out of his vehicle and asked if I had reservations, I told him I did but the sign says I should have been there before 12 midnight. He asked my name and then went in the office and looked it up and then handed me a key. Upon entering the room, the smell was unbearable, it smelled like urine. The spreads on the beds were awful, spots and cigarette burns were all on the spreads. The tub in the bathroom looked very unclean.

When I arrived to check in, the person at the front desk made me wait until he finished is phone call with his wife to help me. When I go to the room, it smelled like nothing but cigarette smoke and mold. The outside door handle on the bathroom door was literally broken off, the tub stopper was just sitting on the side of the tub, there were exposed wires in the ceiling and behind the tv, not to mention roaches which I couldn’t get a picture of due to their speed. This has got to be one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve probably ever had. I would love to request a refund if I could be pointed in the direction to do so.

The whole thing felt weird and sketchy like I was in some kind of halfway house and not a hotel. My room had no functional lights (except the bathroom) and only one of the outlets worked.

Worst stay ever. It was dirty and not enough towels. No toiletries. For $80 a night I expect rooms to be clean and smoke free. Even the elevators were really dirty. Oyo should be ashame to have their name on this hotel.

Don't stay here.
Checkin was easy. Front desk was helpful and had great recommendation for dinner. No towels or toilet paper in room.went to desk to obtain. Return to room, use restroom, kill 6 cockroaches and leave. Beyond dusgusted!

There was nothing nice about this. It smelt like weed and cigarettes right when walking in, someone tried breaking into our room at 2am, and then fire alarms went off at 6am for no reason. Curtains were ripped, stickers all over the tv stands, it was a none smoking room with cigarette ashes on the lamps and floor. Window was opened and wouldn’t shut

Not so Great
The stay was not very hospitable. Took a while to get someone to the front desk. The room had things missing and discolored carpet. There was no phone available on the room to call to front desk and the Wi-Fi only worked on the first floor in the lobby.

This property is filthy. On arrival we were greated to a smoke filled lobby with a faint marijuana smell. The room floors, bathtub and counters were very dirty. The carpets had large stains and the blinds had a huge tear it it. The adjacent property is a homeless facility.

The first room were given was dirty. The bed looked as though it had been slept in, stains on sheets and blankets. Drinks were on the table and food in the fridge. Given key to different room and that one was same condition. Dirty napkins in the bed and drinks left on table. Carpets are filthy! I was very disappointed
