“Absolutely wonderful stay! Beautifully renovated condo about 100 steps to the sand. We never made it to the pool as we would have had to drive, but it didn’t matter as my girls were beach obsessed.So many lovely features. The condo has a single serve Keurig with a few pods to get you started. It has a microwave that also can be used as an Air fryer. We didn’t use that feature, but I thought that was neat. The balcony was peaceful and enjoyed all weekend long. All the guards at the gate were so……

“Accommodation was fantastic. Loved the location. Very clean and roomy. Getting in was a nightmare, instructions were not very clear and took an hour to finally find the parking lot and entrance. “The unit was overall clean and there were some nice features like water and snacks, the building itself is a bit run down and the neighborhood felt iffy for a woman traveling alone. The unit was very hot when I arrived so I turn the temp down. When I returned after my meetings, it was 89 degrees. I had dinner meetings and couldn’t risk coming back to a blistering apartment, so I made other arrangements and left. The walls are thin and I could hear conversation and TV from neighboring unit. “This listing does not share how many steps it takes to get to the unit. Lots and lots of steps leading to unit plus two sets of stairs inside unit. Total of 61 steps to get to bedrooms! One guest has a recent knee replacement. This should have been included in the description. Unit was not as clean as it should have been with sleep gummies from a prior guest were left right on a nightstand in a bedroom. Host knew we had 4 adults but only provided water and snacks for 2 people, Nightstands……

“Very walkable community. Beach and pool were both close but there is no view other than greenery. We enjoyed our stay!Communication was very good and prompt.Wish the cable situation was a little better (unable to watch any NCAA games as there was virtually no cable options.)”
