This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the sixth floor, located in the middle of the building overlooking both the ocean pier and swimming pool with great open living area. Tastefully furnished and uniquely decorated.

Master bedroom has a king bed and bath has a walk in shower, the second bedroom has one double and the third bedroom has two twins. There is a full size washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. The living room has a new Panasonic 50" HDTV with Blu Ray DVD and Universal Controller. The Master Bedroom has a TV and DVD available that will 'upconvert' regular DVDs to 1080p. The kitchen is equipped with all new stainless steel appliances.

The balcony has comfortable seating for you to relax and enjoy an unobtrusive view of the pier and ocean. All units at Amelia by the Sea are direct oceanfront with private balconies on upper units or patios on ground floor unit. Occupants have access to a private fishing pier (NO license required) and large swimming pool on the ocean side of the complex.

Amelia By the Sea is a gated complex with open parking for a MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit.

We're excited to share that our building is currently in its final stages of a major refresh to keep the property safe, beautiful, and welcoming for years to come.

The remaining work will focus mainly on painting the exterior of the building and balconies, as well as finishing touches to common areas like stairwells. While you may occasionally notice workers on-site and some daytime noise, it is generally much lighter than earlier construction phases.

Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
No work will take place on weekends
To thank you for your understanding during this improvement period, a discount off the nightly rate will be automatically applied to your stay. Please note that no additional discounts will be available, and no refunds are offered for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
