Welcome to your bright oceanfront condo in the coveted Amelia Surf & Racquet Club. This first floor unit has ocean views from every room and private beach access. Situated in close proximity to the Ritz Carlton, it is conveniently located to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and several golf courses. Guest amenities include gated access, clay Tennis Courts with onsite Tennis Pro, two oceanfront swimming pools, and grilling area. Watching the Sunrise over the Dunes every morning is paradise.

Great beach

The Natural beauty all over Amelia Island was really present at this property too. The approach was on a beautiful oak lined parkway. The beach was gorgeous. The property was nice. Decent coffee maker and all appliances. Big flat screen.
