We had a wonderful time during our stay, very quiet neighborhood, minutes from the beach! Very comfortable and everything we needed was close b, we would definitely stay there again.

Such a cute little updated home in a great location. Easy walking distance to the beach. The yard was stunning and well maintained. Perfect for a quick getaway. We will definitely come again!

Weekend getaway

Great home for weekend getaway. Home was immaculate and had many extras! Close to beach. Ginormous backyard is everything you could want…plenty of seating and space, outdoor smart TV, pool including pool toys and floats and fire pit to wind down your evening. Host was great to respond quickly too!

Great place to relax!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in Jacksonville Beach! The host was phenomenal with her response time and answering questions. The grill needed to be replaced and within 30 minutes we had a newer grill. There was a water leak under the kitchen sink on our last day and she had a plumber at the house within 30 minutes! We loved the house, the pool, and the huge private backyard. The two minute ride to the ocean was really nice. Everything was wonderful!!!

Easy check in. Great backyard set up. Good response time when had a question, except last day when requesting later check out… no response givens. Great location. Bathrooms lacked counter space, not enough lighting in dinning room area and backyard at night. Master bedroom needs shades on end windows on both sides and possibly night lamps on each side of bed. Both showers need better water pressure. Recommend a welcome book with instructions and local recommendations (grocery, attractions etc.) Need to have more hand towels for the kitchen and food storage containers w/lids for left overs. Overall it was a wonderful stay. Would have loved to had bikes to ride versus having to rent locally. Thank you!

Short walk to the beach

We had such a great visit to Jacksonville. The yard is perfect and the pool got used everyday! The house is close to many stores and restaurants and is a convenient location to the city! The house was comfortable and the host went above to make sure our arrival was perfect! We were able to check in and out with ease.. The only suggestion I would make is to have an additional tv in the house. There is a tv outside however in sunny days there is a glare and rain is a no go! However It is perfect for movies at night by the pool. We traveled with two teens and it would have been an added bonus to have an additional tv inside. Again only a suggestion! As we found plenty to do in the yard and with the fire pit the s’mores turned out delicious 🤤
