New Outdoor Pool and Hot tub- Final Stage of Completion - Completion Date February 2026

Gorgeous single-family 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom oceanfront home with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean with a wonderful, private boardwalk with sitting area for enjoying those relaxing beach days!

This is a wonderfully renovated and beautifully decorated single family home located between the north and south end of the exclusive and prestigious Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach! It is a very convenient and central location for enjoying all that Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach have to offer as well as a short driving distance to destinations of Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Cumberland Island and Savannah for day trips!

The beautiful upstairs area has expansive and panoramic windows to gaze at the ocean! Whether it's making breakfast in the wonderfully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, sitting in the breakfast nook reading the paper or having a candlelight dinner at the wonderful and ample dining area, you are sure to be amazed by the beauty of the ocean!

If casual dining is more your style, there is plenty of room for a casual meal sitting outside on the large oceanfront balcony overlooking the pool and hot tub area or downstairs picnic area while enjoying the sunrise and beautiful nature of the area.

The upstairs area also has the living room with flat screen tv for entertainment, master bedroom with king bed with flat screen tv and a gorgeous bathroom with luxurious shower and furnishings. The second bedroom with queen bed and flat screen tv , hall bath and laundry room with full size front load washer/dryer complete that level. (all tvs are set up for streaming services as well as live tv).

The downstairs is furnished with a third bedroom with twin beds and futon with flat screen tv for the kids, a fourth bedroom/entertainment room with sleeper sofa AND a queen size bed, flat screen tv, board games and books for your enjoyment with french doors that lead to a picnic area, pool/hot tub and the backyard leading to the boardwalk and then ocean!

This wonderful home comes fully equipped with everything needed to have an amazing beach vacation! From beach towels and beach toys to a gas and charcoal grill. Please come visit and see what this gorgeous oceanfront and pool home and Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach have to offer!

Beach getaway!

This house was everything we needed for our group of 7 girls! We loved walking the beach and the proximity to downtown Fernandina. The house was immaculately clean and a great layout for a friends trip. We already look forward to returning soon!

Great Views - Good accommodations

Property was as advertised. Loved the huge dining table that served our whole family at dinner and the breakfast nook which was great for small gatherings. Beach toys provided saved us a trip to target. Five stars.

Amazing house with beautiful ocean views!

We had a great time at this house, it was clean and well stocked with extras in the kitchen. The views from the back of the house both inside and from the patio were awesome! Communication was very timely also! We hope to be back!

Immaculate home with incredible views

This beach home was immaculate with a impressive open kitchen that overlooks the family room. We enjoyed relaxing on the upper deck that has an unbelievable view of the ocean! It was nice to have a private access to the beach. Our family had an amazing time. We plan to stay here again when we return to Amelia Island.

This property was amazing! The house was very clean and had everything we needed! The beach is so close to the house and easy access. The view from the house is incredible. This is not our first visit to this house! We love it here! The location perfect, the views breathtaking, the comfort and cleanliness unmatched! I could stay forever! Perfect for a group! The furniture and beds are so comfortable and the kitchen is so well stocked! We will be back!

Family Fun

Love how we can come and go to the beach as we please. No need for all the packing and unpacking of chairs, coolers, or toys. When we are hungry or tired we just head up to the house for a break. Made all our meals there and enjoyed looking at the ocean. Enjoyed a well stocked kitchen. Had many sunrise walks and evening walks. Booked for next year!!

Over all impression is good. Wonderful location and views. Easy walk to beach to beach with pier right behind house. Location of restaurants and grocery store nearby. Home has good space and everything needed for good stay. Only negative not mentioned ahead are the steep wooden stairs between bottom and top floors. Not padded for safety although there is a handrail. A bit dangerous there.

5 stars isn’t enough for this beautiful home!

This home exceeded all our expectations and is perfect for a family beach vacation. There was a baby gate for the stairs, high chair, kids toys, games, beach towels and so many extras! The garage was loaded with chairs, kites, coolers, boogie board, beach toys and a wheeled cart for transport! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. Our teens and 1 year old loved being able to run back and forth to the beach all day and I loved not having to load up a days worth of supplies every morning. 😉 Being a short walk away for diaper changes, meals, nap time etc was worth every penny! The deck and huge windows were amazing for watching sunrises and seeing bunnies play in the back yard. Amy, the property manager, was phenomenal. We had the BEST time and will definitely be back!

A Week of Bliss at the Beach

We arrived, beds were already made, kitchen was already organized, unpacked and went out to Sliders down S. Fletcher. Monday was spent riding on CAT boats to Cumberland Island - what a blast! Ben was a fantastic leader. Then, to the beautiful easily accessible beach via the board walk. Beach chairs were provided in the rental and had zipper pockets to store suntan lotion, phones, drinks, and books. Each day we spent time riding the waves, walking and relaxing on the beach. Gas and charcoal grills were used to cook burgers for dinner followed by games provided by the rental. After fishing with D & R Charters (Dave), the Salty Pelican cooked our catch - delicious! Driving to activities was simple due to the rental location. There are many walking and bicycle trails throughout the island with parking. Finally, the Ghost Tour was not an experience to miss. Laura from the History Museum took our group on a story filled tour of Fernadina. We will be returning!
