Great Location Near the Beach

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is in a great location—just a short walk to the beach—and the beds were very comfortable. It was a relaxing and convenient spot for our trip. While the listing originally mentioned a grill that wasn’t available, it has since been updated. Overall, a great place to stay with just a few minor issues.

Perfect location

We loved everything about our stay in Amelia. The beach is pristine and quiet; the town charming and loaded with great little restaurants and shops. The condo was perfectly located, was decorated beautifully, and had all the amenities we needed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

WONDERFUL

HAD A GREAT TIME WITH GRANDKIDS AND CLOSE WALK TO BEACH. WE HAD A BEAUTIFUL POOL VIEW ALSO. 7 YEAR OLD SAID IT WAS THE BEST VACATION HE'S EVER HAD :)

My family had a great time at this condo. Easy walk to the beach. Nice to have three bedrooms and three baths. Amelia Island is a nice, uncrowded, relaxing family getaway. Only thing the condo needed was oven mits :)

Condo very clean and spacious. Not on the beach, but one building away, and easy 5 min walk. Pool surrounded by oaks, so half the pool was shaded most of the day, which was welcome in the July heat.

The overall property is very nice, looks appealing and is well equipped for our needs.Lighting to me is important, the very temerature lamps were not appealing.The showering fixtures are gunked up or old and do not work.Stovetop continually shut off at the breaker.Took a shower with moldy glass block every night. Ruined the ambiance of a nice showerWe had a great time overall, while the unit is very nice I think given the issues it might be overpriced.

Great location, but very tired!

We stayed for a total of six days. There were many many dishes, which were chipped, very few coffee, mugs, very inexpensive not good utensils and three wine glasses.The floors had so much sand on them when we arrived. I had to ask for a broom so I could sweep. The rugs were dirty and so was a lot of of the furniture. A lot to pay for something that isn’t well kept..

Nice townhome

We spent 4 nights in this unit. The unit was clean and had very nice amenities. The beach is a short walk through the parking lot. It was nice to bring our small dog with us. Overall it's a good unit in a mostly quiet townhome community. The only cons were the beds in the master and queen bedroom were really high. Not a problem for some but for a short person or older person it may be an issue. I'm a 5ft tall adult and had to climb into the bed. The twin bedroom is downstairs near the kitchen. Put your early risers in this room. Also the unit only had a kuerig coffee machine. Not a con but don't bring coffee for a regular machine.
