Best vacation spot

We consider Amelia Island a hidden gem and we hope to make this our family vacation spot tradition. The condo was absolutely dreamy and beyond what we expected. Everything was just incredible!

Daughter got married at the Amelia golf course at the Ritz. Perfect location not far down the road. Very clean kitchen was well stocked with needed cooking utensils. ocean view was perfect. Good communication and no issues at all.

Great place to vacation with family. Really nice that 3rd bedroom has 2 full size beds. Kitchen very well stocked. Unusually generous supply of towels.

Perfect getaway!

We had a wonderful week; the location of the condo is perfect, the beach is beautiful, condo is well maintained and was overall perfect for our group. The view is beyond amazing. We will definitely be keeping it in mind for another visit to Amelia Island.

Great ocean views

Great condo and location. Weather wasn’t great while we were there, but we enjoyed our stay. Condo is well appointed. The elevator broke twice while we were there, but not the fault of the owners. I’d be careful about swimming in the pool, since we saw ducks swimming in it too.

Perfect stay

This was a fantastic property. Nicely appointed, comfortable rooms, chic decor and beautiful top floor oceans views. It is a fraction of the cost of the Ritz, which is a 5 minute walk down the beach/ accessible via roadside path. I highly recommend!

Lovely condo!

From the time you walk in you know you are on vacation! The view is extraordinary! The kitchen has everything you need, the beds are comfy and great showers, the pool is super close and the beach as well. Could not have asked for more. It was all lovely!

Fabulous condo at Amelia!

This beach condo was perfect. Not only was it beautiful and Impeccably decorated, it had everything we needed for our stay. Fully stocked kitchen in terms of cooking dishes, pans etc. The large floor to ceiling window provided a fantastic view of the ocean. Easy walk down to the beach/ocean. Very quick to respond to our questions prior to stay as well. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent Place to Visit

Overall an excellent vacation experience. The information we received prior to arrival was accurate and detailed. When we entered the condo it was everything a beach vacationer could expect; a gorgeous view of the beach, clean and spacious accommodations, and the sunrise to greet us every morning. Wonderful get-away

Super easy rental. Loved the proximity to the beach. Everything was as depicted in the photos, which were principal drivers to us selecting the property. Suggest a little more clarity in the check-in process, mostly by updating the check-in document, and by being clear where the documents will be delivered (via email or VRBO app).

Superb!

As soon as we open the door and saw the view of the ocean, the decor, and the overall layout, we were wowed. The kitchen is well equipped, especially for those like us who cook! We appreciated the extra beach towels and general bath towels on hand. The pool is easily accessible and so is the beach. It was nice to be so close to the grocery store, as well as some of the best restaurants on the island. We will certainly stay there again!

Comfort, Space and Location

This unit was completely as advertised. It very comfortably accommodated our family of 5 and allowed us to entertain family staying in other units on the same property as well. This is our 2nd stay at the Surf and Racquet Club. We love being able to be right on the beach (which has never felt too crowded) and also have the use of a nice pool. It is such close proximity to a major grocery store and other amenities - but feels tucked away. The unit is bright, cheerful, so nicely appointed and decorated. It truly felt like being on vacation and we have already booked this unit again for next year!

Oceanfront stay

We loved our stay at the penthouse oceanfront condo. The pictures were as advertised. We traveled with our children and the grandparents. Everyone was able to have their own room and bathroom. It was really quiet and clean. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Highly recommend! Super close access to the beach and in a great location overall.
