It is a great location for getting to the GA/FL game in Jacksonville. The only negative was the smoke alarm battery in on of the bedrooms was low, so that kept chirping. Otherwise the place is great. Very convenient to Fernandina and other locations. Well maintained. Nice kitchen.

Perfect Beach Cottage
Overall this was the perfect beach getaway. Very clean, everything is updated and close to the beach. We are a family of 5 and the guest bedroom was perfect for the 3 kids. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Perfect Vacation stay!
Wonderful beach condo! Condo was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Great location near the beach - very short walk to the beach access and close to the Fort. We loved all the beach toys and chairs that were provided. Definitely recommend

Summer Vacation
The beach home was the perfect size for my children and I. It is a close walk to the beach or there is parking available at the beach if you prefer to drive. Fort Clinch State Park is within two miles. We went on a kayak excursion at Lofton Creek and drove 44 minutes to St Marys Georgia to take a ferry to Cumberland Island. It was the perfect vacation!

Heavenly Home
Fernandina Shores is the perfect place to stay for a quiet, family-friendly vacation. The home was clean and stocked with absolutely everything we needed to enjoy our beach trip. With limited space in our vehicle, it was nice to know chairs, toys, towels and many other conveniences were included! Access to the beach was super close and the pool was literally 10 steps away from the back door! PERFECT for our children that enjoyed hopping back and forth from the beach to the pool. We can’t wait to come back soon!

Grandparents trip
Took our 2 grandsons 10 and 15 for a few fun days at the beach. Condo was a great location. Had everything we needed. Very clean and the boys enjoy a dip on the pool after a fun day at the beach. Thank you for sharing your home.

The perfect spot!
This is the 4th time staying here and it never disappoints! Location to the beach just a short walk around the block. Location to Salt life is a nice walk. Fort Clinch is a very nice bike ride away! The condo is always clean and really does have just about everything you would need!

Fabulous Stay!
Our family had a wonderful time at Kathy’s condo. It was exceptionally clean and was stocked with everything you could ever need. It was a quick walk to the beach and we used some of the beach chairs, toys, and towels provided. We also went to the pool which was also very clean and conveniently located. It was a quick drive to downtown where we ate at so many great places! We had a few rainy days but made use of Monopoly and some of the other family games that Kathy had in the condo. We loved our stay on Amelia Island and hope to come back again!

Very relaxing stay
We stayed for a month and appreciated the very comfortable beds and convenient location. We felt it was a bit "over-decorated" with fragile nic-nacs. Our 4 year old grandson visited for 10 days with his mom, so we felt compelled to "hide" much of the objects so they wouldn't get broken (nothing was).

Process was very easy. The location was perfect and just a short walk to the beach. The rental was well equipped. Kathy was great with communication and helped us immediately with the digital lock. The interior was updated and the location was a quick drive to all of the nice shops and restaurants in the area.

It was wonderful. Thank you for your thoughtfulness (coffee, towels, chairs, wagon, etc.) I would have enjoyed a fan for the hot afternoons. I love the decor - beach theme is perfect.

Family Reunion at Amelia Island
The location of this VRBO was incredible! Walking distance to the beach (the beach cart, rolling cooler, chairs, and beach towels provided were a great plus). Also close to all the other venues our family chose to meet at during our weekend. The moment I opened the door I felt at home! LR & DR were well furnished with seating for all. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking breakfast and midnight snacks. It was very nice having two full baths (one upstairs the other downstairs) and a laundry room. Ample lighting and mirrors throughout the house for the ladies to apply makeup while the men showered. There were plenty of linens and bath towels for all! I would definitely stay here again. Kathy communicated great prior and during our visit. I would highly recommend!

The place was fine, but they were replacing the roof while we stayed there. Woke up every morning to hammering. A little unsafe with workers throwing material off the roof and nails everywhere. A little cheap not just say the property was unavailable while the work was done.

6 weeks of paradise!
I am happy to recommend this wonderful townhouse where I enjoyed an extended stay during March/April 2022. A summary of the high points: *LOCATION! 3 minute walk to the amazing beach that was NEVER crowded during my stay, even on weekends. I also loved walking to the beautiful, historic downtown FB, which is about 2 miles. *The home is VERY clean. * When staying alone, I felt very safe in the unit at all times... there seemed to be plenty of other owners and renters nearby in the complex and in private homes across the street. *Beds are amazingly comfortable, so much so that myself and all guests nearly always slept late! *Kitchen is very well stocked with everything imaginable, which was great for my stay of 6 weeks because I cooked in most of the time. *Downstairs bathroom recently upgraded and very nice. *Plenty of beach gear available, including towels. *large TVs will robust viewing options in family room and both bedrooms. *Quick response from Kathy on all questions.

Wonderful House
We really enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. The description is very accurate, communication is outstanding, evertything was very clean, and the owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. (We liked their beach chairs so much that we are going to buy a pair.) We enjoyed being at the less crowded, more residential end of the beach. In short, we highly recommend the rental and hope to return next year.

Two blocks from the beach, this condo stay has everything you could need for a visit to beautiful Fernandina Beach. It is extremely clean and well stocked with pretty much everything you could need. And you couldn't ask for a better location. We walked to the beach every day. We walked to dinner at Salt Life Cafe nearby. And Fort Clinch and Downtown Fernandina are just around the corner.This is now our 2nd stay here and we love it.

Peaceful vacation
The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The location is quiet and an easy walk to the beach. One thing I really appreciated was that the shower was super hot and had great water pressure, which is a must at the beach! The beach chairs were very nice quality. There is no need to bring anything but sunscreen and a cooler! My only suggestion would be to add blackout curtains in the guess bedroom. The master bedroom was wonderful but our teenagers complained about the sun beaming in and their room getting very warm(although they had the air turned down really low). Both bedrooms had a ceiling fan which I love as well! I would highly recommend this rental and hope to return soon!

Great Weekend Getaway
We loved our stay here. We wanted to get away for the July 4th weekend but most places wanted a week's stay. We selected this place because of it's vicinity to the beach and we could rent it for a few days, instead of a week. We loved the place and it's convenience to the beach. Kathy provided most of the necessities, which was nice and even had a selection of beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and wagon. Nice place to stay and we hope to be back again.

Last minute get away
We booked on the Saturday before our stay on Monday. It was easy and everything was ready to go. Super clean, bigger than it has any right to be for the price, and convenient to the beach. My girls were super excited to claim their “flamingo” room. The bathrooms are great. Very nice with a large shower downstairs. A great stay and just what we needed.
