Great location and beautiful views

This was an excellent choice for the 5 of us and our dog on vacation in January in FL. It's a short boardwalk to the beach, and very close to restaurants and the bike and birding trails. Seemed very safe and neighbors were quiet or not there due to it being January.

Great Location

It was a great location with beautiful ocean views. It is a little dated but that was fine with us as we had a dog. Beds extremely comfortable!

Great location

Can’t beat the location of this place. Good proximity to downtown Fernandina, golf courses, and of course the beach in your backyard. Enjoyed our stay and have already booked our stay next spring.

More than paradise

Before we even left I was ready to make our next reservation. Property is well kept up, it was better in real life than it was in the pictures. The pictures do not do it justice. Everything was there that we needed. Was perfect for those that just wanted to walk down to the beach and those that wanted to head into town.

Heaven on Earth

The four of us really needed some downtime. It was wonderful and everyone had their own space and bathroom. Gorgeous view and great location. I miss it.

Nice family vacation

The place was great! Clean, and to the description in the listing. I was surprised about remarkably well stocked the kitchen was with regards to appliances, utensils, etc. Beach was great.

Family vacation

We loved this place! Comfy and cozy. It’s just as described… the beach is your backyard. Even from the house the view was amazing. We truly enjoyed our 4th! Thank you!

Great location and friendly management!

We enjoyed our stay and loved being so close to the beach and downtown Fernandina! The home is somewhat outdated, but more importantly everything was very clean upon arrival. Management frequently checked in with us prior to and at the beginning of our stay, which was nice.

Great location right on the beach!

We had a wonderful stay during a long weekend. The space worked great for our extended family to stay with us for a destination wedding that took place on Amelia Island. Everything clean. The owners were great at communicating. Kitchen was well equipped. The only thing I'd say is the master bedrooms's shower fixtures are quite dated. But everything functioned well. I'd certainly recommend this rental to others and would come back anytime.

The beach is your backyard!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here, and was perfect for our family weekend getaway! We loved everything about the house, and really enjoyed being on the beach. The location was close to shops, restaurants, and Publix. We can’t wait to go back again!

Thanksgiving trip

We had a great time in Amelia Island. The location was PERFECT!! It is right on the beach. You can sit on the deck and enjoy a gorgeous view. The duplex was very, very spacious!

Awesome beachfront property!

This was the second time we booked this rental. Love that it is pet friendly and right on the ocean! Very clean and comfortable. The house had everything we needed for a great fall break trip to the beach!

Very clean and perfect beach access and view

The property was impeccably clean, and there were plenty of towels for five ladies. It was a plus that each of the three bedrooms had its own full bath. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary items, and the freezer has an icemaker. The beach access was wonderful, and the deck had plenty of chairs for us all. The surrounding homes were very quiet, and our stay was quite peaceful. The view was phenomenal.The parking holds two cars, but it is not side-by-side parking. It really wasn't an issue for us.

Close to everything

We just finished a week stay and the condo was wonderful - plenty of room, beach front, comfortable, and close to everything (dining, shopping….). The up and downstairs patios were great for enjoying ocean views. The property management team was wonderful! Helpful and attentive but not intrusive. Good communication! If you’re looking for a relaxed stress-free vacation, this is the place for you.

Great location but tired

The location of the property was great — easy distance to restaurants and town and right on beach. Property inside was tired and needs maintenance. Carpet is stained, paint is faded and scratched, boardwalk needs to be power washed, shower heads need to be replaced. Main tv is only 32 inch. Dirty under bed and couches. Couches were old and faded with a couple small holes.

Perfect Stay

This was an absolutely perfect beach property! Our family had a really amazing time! The house has its own boardwalk to the beach and it’s easy to go back in if you forget something. The views from the master bedroom are gorgeous. We are already starting to plan our trip for next summer! The listing is extremely accurate-there May be some things you think should be there, but aren’t, but also aren’t listed, so it is accurate. Things you should plan to bring our buy there: dish sponge, shower supplies (soap, Shampoo, etc.), additional garbage bags, additional dishwasher detergent, additional paper towels and toilet paper. Also, if you plan to cook, you may want to bring one of your preferred knives as the ones there, though plentiful, are not so great for cutting up veggies, etc. I wish we could have extended our stay, but stupid work got in the way! Anyone who stays here will truly enjoy!
