Great place, special memories
Condo was very clean and organized. We spent most of our days at the Shrimp Festival and looking for sharks teeth. The condo was convenient to both. The location made access to all activities easy!

Perfect!
The property was clean, well cared for, and the perfect place for my party of three. The outdoor deck is great and definitely the best view of the pool. Tommy was an excellent host and always very prompt throughout the whole process. Would absolutely love to return to Amelia Island and stay at Tommy’s place again.

Very nice layout with back porch. About a 10 min walk to the beach. The beach area here was very crowded with cars and people as it was a large public access. Withinin a 10-15 min drive of many things

Love the location
This is the second time we have stayed at Amelia Landings and love it! Our condo was nicely decorated and right next to the pool. The balcony has comfortable furniture for pleasant socializing while viewing the nature in the back. Tommy was a great host and was very responsive to any questions. I would recommend this condo for a nice stay on Amelia Island.
