Perfect beach rental
We loved our stay here. We used to go to King and Prince for years, but this is so much better! The beach is perfect and the villa is very nice. It is homey and spacious. We will be back for sure.

Beautiful place and view!
We enjoyed our time! The home was very clean and well stocked. Its beautifully decorated. The view of the ocean is wonderful. We would love to stay again, except the beds were extremely uncomfortable. While everything is impeccably done it’s very important that mattresses are comfortable! Putting memory foam on top of bad mattresses does not make for comfort. It’s our only complaint because everything else was so perfect!

NO PIRATES BUT PLENTY OF TREASURE!
A true Gem! Notwithstanding how absolutely beautiful Amelia Island is, this property sets the standard. Tucked away inside the Omni Resort, this property provides a quiet, peaceful and tranquil get away. The view of the ocean is second to none, and sunrises from the veranda are picture perfect. Sunsets are also amazing, just step out the front door and watch the day end as the sun disappears into the inter-coastal. The overall location is great with access to the Omni Spa, shops and restaurants inside the property.You are also two miles to the Harris Teeter grocery providing everything you need for your stay. The property was extremely clean, warm and welcoming! It presented exactly as described with a true beach house feel, beautifully decorated, comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. The property truly provides everything you need for any length of stay with family or friends. The property provided two very nice beach chairs, beach towels and a few other beach items that were a very nice plus. The complex has a very nice pool and seating area for use to accompany the beautiful beach. Covered parking space was nice and the complex offered both luggage trolleys and an elevator for quick access to the third floor. Finally, Destination Amelia and Traci were beyond nice and with outstanding communication. The local fudge and coffee welcome gift was wonderful surprise! Truly a 5 star property and highly recommended. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to AI.

Beautiful property and we would be happy to return. We had our mom join us, and rails on the walls for the steps are a recommended consideration.
