The floor plan is open and allows the natural sunlight to flow effortlessly through the space. The kitchen is updated with open shelves, backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. It is equipped with all the essentials including a wine cooler, dual coffee maker (drip and pods), blender, toaster, crock pot, pots/pans, baking dishes, tea kettle, and more!
The solid wood dining room table is a staple piece providing room for eight people to sit comfortably.
The main living area is beautiful and extremely comfortable with an oversized sectional sofa, chair, coffee table, and Smart TV with Xfinity cable.
Sliding glass doors lead to the private balcony that provides peak-a-boo views of the ocean.
The master bedroom is equipped with a King bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with his and her sinks, a walk-in shower, and an oversized closet.
The second bedroom has a King bed (with the option to break apart as two Twin beds), closet, TV and dresser. A second bathroom with a shower tub combo is just down the hall. The third bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed closet and a dresser.
Beach chairs, wagon, and beach towels along with fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and one sponge.)
