Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this condo. Very convenient location -wise and it is a classy place. We ran into a bit of a stressful situation called Hurricane Milton but the staff kept us well informed and we felt safe staying through the storm. The condo was roomy and nicely decorated. There were a few minor inconveniences i.e. ice maker wouldn't spit out ice and the blender needs to be replaced as it leaks but, again, minor issues that can be easily remedied. We loved it and hope to return next year! View was beautiful! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo!

One of the most enjoyable VRBO places we have stayed in. We could not find any flaws what so ever. It was a memorable vacation.

Great location in general and our end unit apartment was great. Views were inspiring. All appliances, furniture, beds were very workable and suitable. Lighting good except the overhead Kitchen light needs to be replaced (the worst florescent light). I would definitely rent again.

This is a great place to stay. My family stayed here a week in July and had a great time. The condo itself is very spacious and very well kept. It has nice furniture and the kitchen is well stocked. The view is great from the 2nd floor and is easy to get to without using the elevator. I would recomend this unit to anyone looking for a nice relaxing place to stay.v

First time to Amelia Island and we fell in love! The canopied streets, old Ferrnandina town, and beautiful beaches were even more enjoyable with our stay at this vacation home. It is so nice yet so comfortable with amazing views. Thank you for sharing it with our family. This was truly one of our favorite vacations.

Had a great week with longtime friends in this lovely condo. The beds, linens and towels all so nice. The kitchen well equipped and stocked too with condiments, spices etc not often found when renting. A pleasure to work with the owner. We all enjoy Amelia Island and plan to return!

We love Amelia and decided on a last minute mini vacation for our granddaughter's Spring Break. The Brannen Wallace condo was absolutely perfect for us! Location on the island, the magnificent view, the beautiful yet "homey" furnishings of the condo, the proximity to the pool and beach ....a true home away from home. Heartfelt thanks to the owners for sharing their lovely home with us. If you want the perferct place to stay on Amelia Island, this is it!

We loved this place.. The only issue we had was the gate code we were given was incorrect. The condo is tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. There is a very nice porch overlooking the beach and pool. There is plenty of parking, an elevator and a cart to bring your belongings upstairs. Please note that all of the beds are twin beds.
