We didn't receive the house code until about an hour after check-in time. The grill igniter didn't work. We had to run out for a lighter in order to grill. The master bedroom mattress was pillow top down which made for uncomfortable nights. Hence 4 stars. Overall home size, cleanliness, amenities and HOA activities were all nice.
