New Private 3 bed, 3 bath house located behind gate on a working farm. Fully furnished, well equipped kitchen with induction stove. Backs onto Rogue National Forest, a mile of Applegate River with fishing, swimming, picnic area & trails.

I am available to answer questions or help in any way I can.

Entire Cottage.

Tastefully developed and decorated using high quality materials and craftsmanship, including locally harvested and milled wood construction throughout. Nestled in wine and farm country, minutes to Applegate Lake, charming gold rush town of Jacksonville, Britt Festival, and numerous tasting rooms. Driving distance to Rogue River, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Red Buttes Wilderness, many hiking and biking trails, including Pacific Crest Trail. 1.5 hours to Crater Lake.

The meadow in front of the house is beautiful in a quiet and simple sort of way. The house is comfortable and clean. There were 7 of us (4 adults and 3 young children) and we had to run the dishwasher often because the kitchen was short on silverware and plates.

Beautiful Home & Location!

This house was beautiful and gave our family plenty of room to spread out. The unobstructed view of the fields and hills was amazing. It’s close enough to the river to take a dip but far enough away you don’t have to worry about the kids. It’s off the beaten path so a little hard to find but close enough to amenities. The host was responsive and the owner ensured we had everything we needed.
