Thanks for sharing your experience with us Brian - we wish we would have heard from you at some time before or during your visit! We would have been more than happy to have our cleaning service come back out to the Villa. We use a professional company and they had just thoroughly cleaned the Villa and it had been inspected the day prior to your arrival. The starter supply of dish pods are underneath the sink in a tub. We aren't sure what bugs you were seeing - if the sliding doors are left open bugs will find their way into the Villa. We would have also been happy to assist you with navigating your way to the beach - there is a map in the guide book and also by the coffee bar on the quickest path to get there! We aren't sure which path you decided to take. We always encourage our guests if there are any issues when you arrive or during your stay - contact us! We are more than happy to assist and get things resolved. When we don't have any communication from the guest - we aren't aware there is something you are needing us to help with. Best Wishes to you! Thank you for your feedback on your stay. Unfortunately, sometimes, appliances & garbage disposals do stop working and need to be fixed or replaced. Fortunately we were able to get that done quickly while you had several days left in your stay. We also addressed that our housekeeping team left the clean towels in the dryer and forgot to remove them and place them in the bathrooms. We use deep cleaning equipment regularly on the furniture, carpets and tile floors and do everything we are able to make sure all is as clean as possible. Thank you again, Bart & Sue
