Welcome to relaxation…this recently updated and wonderfully furnished two bedroom, two bathroom oceanfront condo is located at Amelia by the Sea. Come relax and marvel at the gorgeous ocean views, boardwalk and fishing pier from this beautiful second floor condo while listening to the melodious tones of waves crashing and the smell of the salt air!

This updated condo features two beautifully furnished bedrooms. The oceanside master bedroom with breathtaking views hosts a comfortable king bed with luxurious linens for comfort and a flat screen streaming tv as well as patio doors that lead to the oceanfront balcony.

The second bedroom has two beds, one queen and one full bed for the children or other family/friends. There is also a mounted flat screen Smart tv for those lazy days! Ample storage space for your vacation items as well.

This condo boasts ocean views from the kitchen, dining, living room and master bedroom with balcony access from the master bedroom and living room. The living room is comfortably furnished with ample seating and a Smart tv as well as cable for all your streaming or cable needs!

The kitchen comes well stocked with everything needed for either quick meal prep or a full course meal. The breakfast bar area is set up with bar stools for that casual meal as well as additional seating in the dining area. You can also enjoy casual dining on the balcony while enjoying all of nature’s beauty!

Master bathroom features a shower/tub combo with updated granite vanity. Hall bath features a walk-in shower with granite vanity. We also provide plush bath towels and starter toiletry items of soap and shampoo/conditioner for guest use.

A washer/dryer all-in-one combo is located in the hall entryway to the master bathroom for guest use which makes traveling and packing much easier!

We want our guests to enjoy their outdoor activities and make packing and traveling easier, so we have supplied beach chairs, beach towels and beach/pool items.

Whether you choose to enjoy the spectacular views of the ocean and new updated pool area, visit the Historic Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island area, the many fine restaurants and shops or take in one of our tours of the area…we look forward to you making years of memories at our condo at Amelia by the Sea!

**Please note: Beginning mid-March 2025 through early 2026 there will be exterior concrete work on the east/west side of the building and balconies as well as painting in accordance with the Florida Milestone Inspection** Rates have been adjusted accordingly.

We had a wonderful long weekend here!!!

Clean, lovely condo with beautiful views of the ocean and quick access to beach for walks/swim. There were many choices for good food, places to visit and/or shopping with a short drive. We really enjoyed our stay! Fernandina is a very charming town with great entertainment.

Great Beachfront Location!

This 2-bedroom condo is a great place for a long weekend (or longer) on the beach! It's well-equipped and no more than 15 minutes from anywhere on Amelia Island. Great pool area and a private pier for fishing.

Fabulous Ocean View

What a wonderful first beach trip with our precious granddaughters and daughter-in-love! The view was AMAZING and access to the pier was so much fun! The pool is shaded in the late afternoon which was perfect after a day on the beach!

New Year getaway

Amy was very responsive from the beginning. Location of condo was ideal to all of the amenities on the island. Condo was clean and had everything you need to stay in or go to the beach.

Perfect Location

The condo was very clean and fully equipped with everything needed. Location was perfect. There were some restaurants within walking distance and the condo was close to downtown. We had a great time and hope to return at some point.

Fishing in pier

Amazing views and excellent family times. We will definitely return. The privacy of the complex, pier and beach is great. We enjoyed every second we were there. Pool was also great.

2025 Amelia Island

The property was as advertised and clean. Several items to note are the refrigerator might be a little small for a larger group and it doesn’t have an ice maker. Also, the washer/dryer combo unit worked but does take a long time to complete a full cycle. But, overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.

Family getaway

The location was absolutely perfect! The newly renovated pool was wonderful. The condo Decor was adorable. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I do suggest some work on the bathroom ceiling – some of the tiles were hanging. The washer would also back up water into the master sink and leave sand. However, this did not interfere with our long weekend stay. Overall, we would stay here again.

Very Clean

Great place to stay & great location. The owner was very prompt on answering any questions. The only negatives I can say is there is not enough towels /wash rags & the pillows needed replacing. I did let owner know this without complaining and she was quick to say she would fix those problems. Very clean & even had cleaner in the condo so I could freshen up the place in the middle of the stay. That was nice. Pool was fantastic!!!!!!!

Great Location

Positives: Beautiful view! Tidy condo. Negatives: No extra pillows or blankets available. There were a few light bulbs burnt out, very poor inventory of entertainment glasses.etc. Skillets were few, and under par quality. Did not have any welcome items, compared to other places that we've stayed. We had a small issue, and the owner and property management were very responsive.

Amelia by the Sea is great! This unit could use some improvements.

We had family and friends staying in four different units at Amelia by the Sea during the same time frame. For all of us, being right on the beach and having a pool is a must for a family vacation in Florida, so we loved this place (though we really wished the pool was heated)! Most of our units were great and we would happily stay in them again (in fact, we have already booked for next year). However, this unit (215) would need some updates if we were to consider it as an option again. The main issue is the washer/dryer. It is a single machine that you put the clothes in and it washes and then dries them in the same machine. Unfortunately, there was something wrong with this machine and/or how it is plumbed (it drains into the bathroom sink/drain). The first time we used it, the sink filled up with water and then overflowed onto the floor. This was on a Sunday so, understandably, we had to wait until Monday for a plumber to come and unclog the drain. It seems that this washer/dryer/plumbing setup is inherently problematic, or at minimum inconvenient as it took an unbelievable amount of time to complete one regular-sized load of laundry (8+ hours), and the bathroom sink and shower still drained slowly and would have overflowed again if someone had used the water in the bathroom while a load of clothes was washing. In addition, the master bed was very uncomfortable. The condo would be great with some furnishing and lighting updates. Otherwise, we were happy with our stay!
