This rental is designed for friends and family to gather with a comfortable oversized sectional that stretches across the entire main living area, dining for eight, and a spacious oceanfront balcony.
The main living area also offers a large TV with online streaming options through YouTube TV.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials including pots/pans, cookware, bakeware, a toaster, a blender and a regular coffee maker.
On the main level, there is one bedroom with a Queen bed, closet, dresser, and TV along with a full-size bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Upstairs is the master suite with a King bed, breathtaking ocean views, a large closet, dresser, TV and an UPDATED attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The third bedroom has two Full-size beds, a dresser, flat screen TV and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
This rental includes a washer/dryer along with beach gear for your convenience.
This private gated community provides a paved path and boardwalk over the dunes that make accessing the beach quick and simple. An outdoor shower is close by to rinse off.
Guests have full access to the Summer Beach community pool or the Amelia Golf Club's Beach (oceanfront) pool. Walking trails, bike & kayak rentals, beloved restaurants, shopping, and Fernandina Beach Historic District are all nearby. This location is ideal for a couples retreat or a family getaway!
Fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and one sponge.)
