I never leave reviews but after our experience, I believe a review is warranted. The condo looks nice but there are no working outlets in the bathrooms. The management team tried to blame it on a tripped breaker but the outlets are standard outlets vs GFCI/GFI, which I thought was required by code in bathrooms. The trash can in the kitchen is very small and has a strange lock you have to turn to open it. There are no bathmats/bathmat towels so you can use a regular bath towel or slip on the floor. When we arrived, there was a broken parking pass that you couldn’t hang from your car mirror. You just had to lay it on your dash. Apparently the parking pass slid and went under the seat of our car. We received a message from the management on a Friday evening telling us to return it via overnight mail or they would charge us $75. I explained to them that based on the issues at the condo, we didn’t feel it was right to have to overnight ship a broken parking pass to them and that they should replace it anyways. After saying they would take care of it, they billed us $75 anyway. This parking pass maybe cost $5.00 to replace but I guess that’s how they run their business - they’d rather pass off a junky parking pass onto the next guests & charge the prior guests for replacing what they should have replaced before we even checked in. Maybe they’ll use the $75 towards renovating the very dated bathrooms, unusable outlets and buying more throw blankets for the couch instead of curtains.
