Condo was very well furnished. Views were outstanding to the pool and the ocean. Short walk to the pool and beach. Our owner was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores and other places to visit. Definitely 5 star👍

Great vaca
Family of four had a great Christmas holiday in Jaco beach for our 2 week holiday. Condo was as we had hoped; it was large with lots of room to move and washer/dryer came in handy. The condo is located next to Crocs resorts and on the north end of the beach. Security is provided at front gate and on the beach. We rented a car for our vacation and felt safe with it in the secured parking lot. We loved walking the beach and tried surfing. We did lots of day trips and recommend Angie across the street to book tours. No pantry items, i.e. salt/pepper/seasonings were supplied so I would recommend bringing your own. Balcony with beautiful ocean views will be remembered forever. We met lots of nice people by the pool and will remember this vacation forever.

Perfect ocean front condo in Jaco
This spacious and elegant apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Our college-age sons stayed in one bedroom with two double beds and we stayed in the master bedroom which had a king bed and private bathroom. There was a hair dryer and plenty of towels. The kitchen was nicely equipped (utensils, dishes, pots, etc.) and it had a microwave, oven, toaster, dishwasher and coffee maker. The living room had a large TV and the balcony had a table and chairs to eat while enjoying the ocean view from the fifth floor. The condominium's pool was clean, and it had a BBQ pit for family parties. The condominium was impeccable, and it had excellent 24-hours security service and enough parking for all residents. The owner, Constantin, was very helpful and nice. He came to visit us twice: At the beginning to welcome us; and at the end, to wish us good bye. He even helped us get tickets to attend the New Year's Bash next door, at the Croc's Casino and Resort. Our experience in this place was very pleasant! I highly recommend it.

Fabulous location, wonderful condo owner
Hoping to stay here again soon. The condo is so pleasant and it comes with a wonderful benefit. An owner who lives near who wants his guests to really enjoy the Jaco experience. We didn't have a rental car so he took me with him one day when he went to the grocery store and another day when he went to the local farmers market. He helped me at the market since I speak almost no Spanish. He has great beach/pool towels. (I find it so frustrating to rent a beach condo that is supposed to include towels, but then there are no real beach towels.) The only negative is that there is some HVAC noise from the building off to the side of the balcony, but most hours the waves right in front were even louder. (It did preclude opening the window in the master bedroom, but since running the air conditioner 90% of the time, really didn't matter.) The couch in the condo is so comfortable and is perfectly situated to enjoy the ocean view. The location is wonderful. Beautiful unpopulated beach immediately to the right of the condo complex. Enjoyable, easy walk into town.
