「The hotel is grand and stunning. The service at the front desk is terrible, they were rude, claimed to misplace a reservation I made for my made. If I pay for a room, I expect it to be available and treated with respect. They took forever at checkin, took my card details. At the end they claimed not to have my details again. Very disappointing.
