Très jolie chambre, propre, grande et au calme de la ville. L’hôtel est situé dans une petite rue à l’arrière de grosses commerçantes. Avantage: c’est calme, et pourtant le quartier vivant est à 1 min à pied. inconvénient : impossible pour notre chauffeur de rentrer dans une si petite rue. Nous avons donc dû finir à pied sur 2 rues.

Ficámos hospedados numa suite deste Homestay de 8 a 10 de janeiro de 2025. A limpeza, o conforto (cama, almofadas, dispensador de água filtrada, casa-de-banho, serviço de pequeno-almoço no quarto à hora indicada na véspera, etc.) e a simpatia e disponibilidade da Poorvi e do seu empregado são inexcedíveis. Trata-se de um homestay muito bem cuidado, limpo, organizado e com um ambiente muito tranquilo e agradável. O que destoa claramente, pela positiva, dos restantes hotéis e homestays do Rajastão e das restantes cidades do norte da Índia que visitámos. A localização é soberba. Pela pesquisa efetuada inicialmente, pareceu-nos ser o melhor estabelecimento de entre os localizados na zona mais central da Pink City (o que nos foi possível confirmar a posteriori). Os principais pontos de interesse da cidade estão a uma distância de umas centenas de metros a pé (o palácio da cidade, o Jantar Mantar, o Haxa Mahal - palácio dos ventos -, os mercados locais - johari bazzar, bapu bazzar, tripolia bazzar -, a ajmeri gate, o Albert Hall Museum - este, ligeiramente mais longe, mas igualmente acessível a pé, ou de Tuk Tuk: 100 rupias, o que equivale a, sensivelmente, € 1,10). Igualmente perto (600 a 800 metros) estão dois restaurantes fantásticos (o Baradari Restaurant & Bar e o Laxmi Mishan Bhandar - o LMB -, sendo este último, muito provavelmente, o restaurante mais afamado entre os locais. Enfim, este homestay é uma raridade no Rajastão!
