the room is very spacious and kitchen was well equipped, view from the balcony was amazing. during my stay (4D3N), a staff will knock on my door and ask if there's any laundry needed to be done and if i needed house keeping. i just hope they'll fix the air condition on level 18 as it can be quite warm at times

I would to pass along a massive thank you to the staff for making our stay a memorable one. From the front-desk staff to the team stationed at the door, everyone provided great service with a smile and go over and beyond in ensuring that we have a great time whilst in Jakarta and our needs and wants were well-catered for. Located near Lotte Avenue and within the Ciputra World 2 complex, Ascott Sudirman Jakarta is within close proximity to many food, shopping and activity options yet located in a tranquil and quiet location. Great for guests who want to be in a convenient spot but not too overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle. Already looking forward to my next stay here!

Mostly great! The pool area leaves a lot to be desired and is very small. Staff was incredibly kind and the breakfast buffet was also really nice! Cabs have a hard time finding the hotel as well.

The staff are polite and attentive. The elevators were fast. The room has a good space and clean. At breakfast, the table weren't set up with basic crockeries. Food spread for main dishes not many variety.

The checkin was ok but even the taxi driver don’t know where is the apartment. Hotel should state its tower 3. Got upgraded by Ms. Puan. Used hotel dinning for dinner and it was good. Used massage service which was not upto the mark. Now come to the bad part: I told the lady to put the amount of the massage on my room and I will pay once checking out. While preparing to pack, there was a knock on the door, a person from reception and massage lady standing there asking me abt my massage bill. I told them that I will pay when check out by credit card. While in shower after 10 minutes again they knock on my door and I shouted that I’m in shower. When I came out with luggage for checking out, Ghose two people were still standing on my door, I was surprised and felt irritated. Like I’m going to run away with their money. They accompany me to the reception until I paid. Felt insulted. They took the picture of my debit card also which I don’t like. It was a bad experience.

Stayed there for 2 nights and they upgraded my room. Check in was fast and they upgraded my room. The room was spacious and has the necessities i needed, the only downside is not all electrical plug was working so needed to try few plugs to know which one is working. The AC doesn’t turn on automatically, so, you need to turn it on each time you get into the room. Staff are all helpful. Other than that, the stayed was delightful.

Make sure you get a non smoking room
I gave my preference for a non smoking room on a high floor so was disappointed that the only available room was a smoking room on level 5. Despite being assured it was throughly cleaned, the room stank of smoke and all the furniture was covered in cigarette burns (literally every surface!) After complaining and a 10 minute wait at reception, we were given a much better non smoking room. The room was very nice and much cleaner however there were still a few things that were disappointing for a room at this price point. There were small stains on both sets of sheets we had, dirty pans in the kitchen, the towels were a bit ragged. There were also engrained stains on the sofa and on the desk. There were also no hand towels or face cloths provided, just 2 towels and 1 robe. Not good value for money.

The best hotel in the Sudirman area
the best thing about this hotel is the convenience it accords to business travelers - from a fantastic location just of Sudirman Road to shuttle services that ferry you to the nearest mrt station and a steady stream of taxis that are available in the morning - the Ascott Sudirman helps make travel in Jakarta that much easier The rooms are large and tastefully decorated while the service is immaculate. You can also do any last minute shopping at the nearby Lotte Mall I highly recommend the Ascott for any business trip - especially for those with offices in the Sudirman area.

Nice location but loud
Nice new hotel but very noisy - can easily hear street traffic especially in studio. If a light sleeper I would avoid. Pool also not so relaxing because of street noise

I am disappointed with house keeping or room cleaning services as they were not cleaning my room properly. They did not fill in tissue, shower foam, shampoo and etc. It is small matters but make our family unhappy. We fed up to kept calling and reminding about this and we bought shower foam, tissues by our self. This is simply unacceptable actually. They were also not clean our glass and change with new one. Its totally MESS! And if you stay on this property and think this as usual hotel apartment, you need to be prepared that they were not give you dispenser of mineral water so you need to buy and prepare yourself. Hotel and the property is still new and well maintained. Staff is quite helpfull when I need to print my passport, they help me on this. It's just their Housekeeping SOP and Cleaning service need to be improve!

Nice, but not for light sleepers.
The building is new, but the entrance is way behind the main road....add 5 mins to your journey time when coming by car or walking. The insulation is terrible, you can hear noise from outside 24/7. No in room dining menu for two days. However the rooms are new and comfortable. The kitchen is awesome. The restaurant should have a better menu and larger portions. Overall the staff is nice.
