Great hotel for a short stay
Great hotel. Located just next to a big shopping mall, so it is very convenience in terms of easiness to get foods. The only downside was restaurant area was too crowded during breakfast causing long queue in some stations

Booked a Double room for one night stay. Given a twin bed instead. Housekeeping told to join the twin beds but no common sense to tuck in the valley between two mattresses after joining the beds. Blah!

Good hotel for business in Ciburbur
For the location, a perfectly acceptable business hotel if you have meetings in Cibubur area. Good value for money compared to Jakarta CBD hotels and save some travel time to Cibubur but local traffic still a challenge.

Stayed at the hotel twice within a span of 7 days. Had a little issue with choice of bed when I checked in the second time, but was resolved. This is my hotel of choice when I visit Cibubur on Business and I have not been disappointed so far. Keep up the great work!!

Overall I'm satisfy with this hotel. the room is comfort. It's a good choice if you plan to go to this area. It attach to a shopping mall so it is very easy for dinning and shopping. The only problem is the bad WIFI. It is weak and slow. Sometime I even need to sit at the door site to get a better access to internet.

Very convenient
My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. I chose this hotel because it is near where my family lives. The hotel is located on top of the mall with so many great restaurants and we enjoyed strolling in the mall at night. We love the rooftop swimming pool. The hotel is very clean and safe. The breakfast was great. Overall we are satisfied with hotel ciputra.

Excellent quality for its price
It was a very decent hotel for it's price. Great staff that always smile to you and good conditions of the rooms with nice pressure shower. Breakfast is pretty good too.
